We really enjoyed our stay. The host had lots of little extras provided, and the house was perfect for our needs. The kids loved the welcome snacks, and the complimentary breakfast was a big help. Overall, we would definitely book this lovely home again.

White sands retreat

Myrna was great! Not only did she leave us a complimentary breakfast and snacks, but we had a list of great restaurants and things to do. The house was clean and comfortable and well stocked! Location was easy to find . We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Little House in the Middle of Alamogordo

Myrna is a great host. From our arrival she provided little snacks for us to enjoy and a local guide for us who don't know the area. The beds were comfortable and we had a great time driving through Alamogordo on our way to White Sands National Monument.

Great home base from which to launch your touristy explorations

VERY clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had most everything you might need to put together a meal. Though we tend to sample the local eateries when traveling. Breakfast fixin's were provided which was a nice touch.

Property owner slow to respond if at all. When they were notified, we were in ER due to sewer gas and bad air conditioning smells probably mold that made us leave the home they never responded yet to day one week later no response. Asked for a refund of four days we were not there with no response.

There house was comfortable. And it was a good place that was able to accommodate our family. However, the house has a problem with have small ants or something in the house. They were in the bedrooms and kitchen.

Just perfect

We didn't personally stay at this home. We rented it for a band that we had hired for our sons wedding. They were super pleased with the home. They said it was perfect. The only issue they had was parking because they had a big ole trailer so we made different accommodations for that. The host was extremely accommodating and allowed early check in which helped our guys tremendously!

Cute And Accessible

This was a cute place that was in the center of everything we did. We had a nice stay and the host provided some extras to enjoy the day at White Sands. We had plenty of places to lay our head but were limited in sitting down to eat together outside of barstools. Not so bad except they weren’t great for my littles. The only complaint is that there were quite a few insects that were in the house daily. We notice some small gaps between the doors and door jams on the front and back door that could have been the culprit. Outside of that it was a lovely stay and we would likely stay here again.

Great location for family get together

Property was easy to find and as described. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to enjoy the Christmas holidays together. Visiting with family who had just moved to the area. Lots of information provided on things to do. Close to the lovely downtown area. Easy access to White Sands National Park, Cloudcroft, and Oliver Lee Memorial State Park.
