This comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is located only minutes from the beaches, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in Fenwick Island and Ocean City Maryland! The first floor boasts an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with a large kitchen table and living room. There is a deck and screen porch perfect for morning coffee or evening meals outside.
This home offers ample first-floor living with the master bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms all located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms offer a queen-sized bed for one bedroom, and a full-sized bed for the other. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower tub combination. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer as well as the additional refrigerator is located directly off the kitchen and garage.
