Fashionably furnished in rich red-brown earthen tones, there’s an inherent natural authenticity to the decor. The gas burning fireplace sets a tone of abundance and offers a warm heartening welcome. All convenience and all accessibility are on offer here in this haven for all seasons.

Enjoy your winter vacation just steps from the ski slopes in this bright and airy two bedroom, two bath condominium! There’s an updated kitchen and a separate dining area. Featuring a free parking space out front, HD TVs, high speed WiFi, HBO, and cable channels. The master suite features a queen size bed and private bath; the guest bedroom has twin beds. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa. Walk to any of the shops and restaurants in the Vail Village, or take the in-town Shuttle to Lionshead. Make some memories at the base of Golden Peak in Vail!

**Construction Update: Please note there are 2 residences located in the same building as this vacation rental that will be undergoing various remodel projects lasting much of this summer. The construction will be during business hours (typically starting at 8-9:00am through 5:00pm).**

Because your safety, health and well being are of vital importance to us, we are taking extra pre-cautionary care in maintaining the cleanliness of all our properties, including:

• Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable gloves and masks

• Employees will stay home if sick.

• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

Great property & location
Very much enjoyed the proximity to all that Vail has to offer, especially the ski slopes. Excellent unit, very clean and well equipped. Recommend highly!

This was the perfect location for a ski vacation. It was just a short walk to the village and gondola. The condo was exactly as pictured and was a great size for 2 couples.

Excellent family stay
We had a lovely stay just before Christmas. The check in process was smooth and easy. The property was exactly as advertised: quiet, a 5 minute walk to both the Golden Peak ski school and the village. The kitchen was perfect with good quality pans and knives. The unit was quiet, warm, and comfy. The best part was the fireplace!

Walk to Pickleball and Vail City Center
Perfect for two Louisiana Girls! This Condo had everything we needed and even some great things we didn't, but loved having, like the wonderful breeze from the open windows to the sound of the running creek/river behind us, to the fully stocked kitchen. We even took chairs to sit by the river. Best of all, we could walk to pickleball but not so close the noise would bother you. And, the bike rental and biking and hiking trails were close by. It was awesome! You get a great price for an older place that's been remodeled very nicely and right next to the newly built condos, so a perfect location. We plan to stay there again!!!
