The atmosphere and the house are perfect, the out house does get hot but the rooms inside are cold. The restrooms don't have circulation so they get hot fast (just and fyi) but it has plenty of space. Oh and bring you some some towels the pics show towels but it's the big ones no face towels. We had a big group 12 adults and 4 kids and 3 face towels for 3 rr.

This property needs updated photos. Fore put area is gone, couch is broke, swing is gone, and there is NO air conditioning in the barn area. It's only in the bedrooms in thr barn, not even the bathrooms. Half of the games are broke and the fussball table is gone. The bar area in the garage only has 1 chair. Check in was super easy.

Great property and great value. Host was very communicative and the check in process was seamless. The barn was the big hit with our family. Great place to hang out with plenty to do for the kids. Property is super close to the Kemah Boardwalk which is a must do if you are from out of town.

I think the biggest ‘miss’ on our part was not realizing that the barn would not have AC. The 3 individual bedrooms had AC but the barn and bathrooms did not. This was a bit of a disappointment being the end of July. With that said, the pool was amazing and a hit with everyone. Otherwise the property was as presented in the pictures showing a little wear in areas.

Stay in San Leon – Perfect for Relaxation

I loved this place! Having a private pool for vacation was such a relaxing feature. The home was clean and bug free, thank goodness. The host answered super quick which was nice and being like 4 or 5 minutes to the beach was easier

Overall gray place at reasonable price

The place has a bit of everything for a family and friends stay. The only thing that would have made it better is if most of the arcades worked, and if the restroom in the back house had AC

Fantastic stay for spring break!

We had a wonderful time at this rental! The beds were very comfortable, and the space was exactly what we needed for a great spring break. The game room setup in the barn was a huge hit—we used it a ton! The pool was also a great addition, giving us plenty of ways to relax and have fun. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quieter area that didn’t feel overly touristy, yet still just a short drive to bigger towns and plenty of activities for the whole family. We’d definitely stay here again!

The house, pool and out building needed some tlc. Broken window blinds, green growing in the pool and the 2 bathrooms in the barn have no air or ventilation so entire family used the upstairs main house bathroom. It was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone (10 adults and 5 kids). Location was great to avoid big crowds and traffic. Several very good restraunts close.

Poolside perfection!

Loved this place so much! The full sized private pool was awesome to lounge around during the day with my family. My kids really loved the second area that was converted into little sleeping rooms. The arcade machines were a big hit with them! We'd love to come back!
