Suite 114 is a serene 1-bedroom apartment that is one of our favorites at Rock Spring Resort. It boasts a king bed, touch lamps, a comfortable couch, a 55" smart TV, a large kitchen and 6-person table, a ton of storage space, and a new bathroom. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people who want space to relax.

Nestled just a short 26-minute drive from the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway and 28 minutes from the iconic Chattanooga Choo Choo and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Suite 114 at Rock Spring Resort offers the perfect home base for your Chattanooga area adventure.

As a traveler, you'll love unwinding in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Stay connected with the high-speed WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of the in-unit kitchen. Curl up by the fireplace and TV for a movie night or dive into the selection of games, books, and toys for the kids. On the 10-acre property are 1.25 miles of manicured paths lined with wildflowers, a 5-person dry sauna that most folks preheat for a treat after a dip in the hot tub, and a kids' playground that is known for its treehouse library. You'll also find custom amenities you can only find in the country like an array of fire pits, tree swings made for kids and adults, and a dog park with runs for off-leash playtime.

This 2-bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated and professionally cleaned between each guest. We offer self-check-in and will respect your desire to "get away" if that's your preference, but are happy to answer any questions or address any concerns before, during, and after your stay. We have lighted signs located above our doors directing you to where your suite is. We just know that once you enter Suite 114 at Rock Spring Resort, you’ll want to extend your stay!

Great getaway for a road trip!

The resort is in the middle of nowhere but so close to everything from the highway. Very clean and spacious resort that supplied us with everything we needed for an excellent vacation stay!

Wow. Just wow

This place is amazing. The owners really care and if showed. The property is amazing. Close to everything. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Fire pit was a nice touch on the cool December night. Kids love the play ground. I cannot wait to come back.

Hidden Gem

These apartments near Chattanooga were a blessing. We traveled with 3 adults and 3 pups. The thought of staying in a single room with 2 beds and no where to escape seemed to be the only thing I could find for a few days. Then I decided to try looking for something that would allow us all to have our own breathing room. Enter Rock Spring Resort. The apartment was just what we needed. From the moment we arrived, Jen and her team of people made sure our stay was safe and comfortable. They went out of their way to make sure our stay wasn’t full of injury and heartache and for that, we would come back again if we will be in the area. Thanks to everyone for making our stay enjoyable!

5 Stars All The Way!

I think this has been one of my favorite VRBO trips. I really like this place. It was so large, and there was a lot to do. I loved the small things like the bottle of wine waiting for me. I also thought the fireplace by the TV made this a very cozy place. The kitchen was well stocked. I did not have to bring anything! The bedroom was very clean and the bed was perfect. The bathroom even had an ironing board and clothes hamper. I forgot my hair dryer, and they even had one! Everyone who worked here were very kind. They directed me to the hot tub and sauna. So, it was a great way to melt away some stress. I am a single woman traveling alone, and I felt comfortable at all times. I thought the resort was beautiful. I loved how it had a country setting, but was close to the highway. I will be back!

Awesome Stay Home Away From Home

I absolutely loved this place! It’s a resort, so it has some really awesome things I was able to enjoy like the hot tub and sauna. My daughter loved the playground. It was a great day out and she got to check out the Treehouse Library. There was a nice play set, a Ninja climbing course, tree swings, hammocks and her favorite a trampoline. They even had games for everyone to play in the hall cabinets. The room was huge! It was set up like a one bedroom apartment. It had a cute living room with a very nice warm fireplace. It even had dining area that fit 6. It was also very clean and well stocked. I really liked how big the kitchen was. It was like having a full kitchen with silverware, pots and pans. I loved the bed and having another TV in there. Super comfy pillows and bed. I also enjoyed everyone who was visiting. I felt like they all were enjoying their time here. I would recommend this. It’s a rare find.
