Close to grocery stores, restaurants, water park, mini-golf, go-carts. Full kitchen with everything you'll need (hopefully). Washer and dryer in unit. Views from master bedroom, kitchen, main living area, deck, and dining area. Pool. Tennis courts/ pickle ball courts, basketball hoop. Two beach access walks on property. Elevators. We just returned from our stay at this condo in Emerald Isle and were very happy with the accommodations. It is a very well appointed condo situated central to most activities in town and the unit itself has a beautiful ocean view from the master and living room. Would definitely rent here again.

I'm just a family man that shares our vacation place. When the place is available my family and I sometimes even have enough time to go enjoy it. Unfortunately not as often as we'd like.

Why they chose this property

This 5th floor condo has an amazing view of both the beach and the ocean. From the deck, and even the living room you can enjoy the entire day watching the sunrise, beach, ocean, beach goers, boaters, and sunset. Some days when we are there, we don't even leave the condo because the view is so spectacular! Easy access due to two elevators in this building.

What makes this property unique

Close to many good restaurants, tennis/pickleball courts on property. Private beach access on property. you only have to walk about 100yards to be on the beach.
