Beautiful single-family house "Villa Gocci", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Srbarica 3 km from the centre of Umag, in a sunny position, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Sep.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 4.4 km, pebble beach 2.5 km, rocky beach 2.5 km, public bathing area 2.5 km. Magnifique Villa

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par les propriétaires. Ils étaient très aimable et de bon conseil. La villa est splendite et elle correspondait à nos attentes. Nous avons passé une séjour agréable et nous pouvons que recommandé ce lieu.

Luxushaus mit Einschränkungen

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und großzügig ausgestattet. Leider fühlten wir uns sehr vom Eigentümer und seiner Frau beobachtet da diese genau gegenüber wohnen. Während dem Aufenthalt und bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir von Ihnen auf Dinge Aufmerksam gemacht, die jeder der da wohnt mit Sicherheit anders handhabt. Z.b. wurde beanstandet dass wir die Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmer teilweise aufgemacht haben und nicht unten gelassen Wir kommen kein 2tes mal!

Zeer mooi huis waar alles klopt. Foto’s geven goed de werkelijkheid weer. Niets op aan te merken. Ook qua ligging een prima uitvalsbasis. Veel restaurants in de buurt, supermarkten op een paar minuten rijden. Kortom prima verblijf.
