This home has a huge grass back yard, and is dog friendly (certain breeds may be restricted). The neighborhood is quiet yet close to shopping and restaurants. The grass is green all summer from irrigation, but is dormant in winter months (November - March). 30 day minimum stay.

Why they chose this property
Located in a Glendale historic district, this property has a huge grassy back yard made possible through flood irrigation. The lot is flooded every two weeks during summer months, and is a relic of the citrus plantations that were once in the area.
