This beautifully updated home features a very spacious, family friendly atmosphere with plenty of fun for the entire family including the pool table, board games, and more! You can enjoy the peaceful neighborhood while also being in close proximity to Atlanta, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport, The Battery, Six Flags, and several parks & hiking trails for the those who enjoy the outdoors.

Guest communications should be handled through the messaging feature of the booking platform where they booked their stay. I will be available to manage any questions or needs during the stay.

Peaceful neighborhood in close proximity to local restaurants & shopping.
- Keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY SORT. Violation will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
- Vehicle parking is only permitted in the garage and driveway. No parking allowed on the street or in the yard. Violations will result in a $50 fine per occurrence.
- Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and a $100 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) will be applied to the booking.
- STRICT NO SMOKING INDOORS POLICY; violators will be subject to additional fees to cover additional cleaning, fumigation costs, and repairs for damages. This amount could exceed $1,000 based on prior smoke-related situations.
- NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOWED.
- No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
- No candles or other open flames.
- Please turn off AC/Heating/Lights when leaving the home.
- Please take off your shoes when inside the home.
- Please place full trash bags in the blue trash bin located inside the garage. Because this is a residential neighborhood with set trash pickup days, if your reservation includes a Tuesday or Wednesday, guests will be required to assist in placing the blue rolling trash can on the curb on Tuesday evenings and back into the garage on Wednesday after pickup.
- Visitors are allowed as long as they do not spend the night. Please limit overnight guests to only those on the booking. Maximum occupancy in the home per Airbnb policy is 16 people.
- Please close and lock all windows & doors when leaving the home.
- Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside each toilet for everything else.
- If you break or damage something, please promptly let us know and together we can coordinate the replacement or repair.
-For Airbnb bookings, the Airbnb Guest Service Fee is now rolled into the daily price instead of being broken out separately. This is due to recent Airbnb policy changes.
-For VRBO bookings, guests will not receive full reimbursement for cancellations as stripe payment fee is non refundable.
