About this property

Two min walk to the beach with a ocean view & heated pool

Make memories at this Yucatán style Condominium. The private patio creates the perfect beach atmosphere. You can enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico and the south winds from this space. The entire condo has been renovated. You feel at home with our outdoor patio-BBQ space and bar, You can walk to the beach is just across the street. On Friday you can enjoy the fire works from the pool side. Pool can be heated and that will be an extra cost of 30 per day

For spring breaker, there will be a cash deposit required that may be refunded upon inspection of the residence on check out day.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

-Leave the dishes clean -We will request money from Airbnb for any items missing. -Lock the door -clean pool area -clean BBQ pit if you used Thank you

Great location/house

Wonderful stay and ready to go back. House is a two minute walk to the beach and within walking distance to all sorts of stores and restaurants. The furniture arrangement is different than the photos but very nice. The downstairs bedroom has one king and then a little couch that becomes a little bed for a small child. The upstairs room has a queen and then another room with a queen and a bunk bed. There is no tub but the showers were large and nice. Everything is nice and new and very clean. Beds were comfy. Pool is very warm. Washer and dryer is shared with the other unit. Bring laundry soap/paper goods. I didn’t see any spices or salt or anything but I brought my own. Hosts were very kind and responsive.

Ana & Albert- We are both owners of insurance agencies in South TX. We have 4 boys. We love our piece of paradise for the following reasons: 1) weather 2) beach
3) fishing 4) food. The weather is always sunny, windy, and humid. We live 30 minutes from South Padre Island (SPI). We enjoy eating at outdoor places to enjoy either the view of the beach or the bay. We like to rent umbrellas so we don’t have to carry many things. We fish in the bays of SPI often. We use local fishing guides and always take our catch to a local restaurant to cook our catch. This is one of our favorite things to do. The bays in SPI are very shallow so there is no need to worry about motion sickness. If you decide to go fishing. There are many hidden gems on SPI. We also enjoy taking walks on the beach.
