About this property

This spacious, elegant home is 2 blocks from the new Costco in Meridian. This house is set up to accommodate large groups.
Great location in NW Meridian. Great shopping & dining. House: One bedroom and a half bath are downstairs. The dining table is for 8. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2022 and have furnished it all new. All 20 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses (4 downstairs, up to 16 upstairs). Rates are based on 8 guests, add $15/night/guest up to 20. Please enter the booking for the highest number of people you will have at any point during your stay. Example of how this policy works: If you have 10 guests one night, 15 another, and 12 on the last one, we will charge you for 15. This is because linens will have to be washed for 15 people, regardless of how many nights your 15 guests used the towels and bedsheets.

The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.

We want to make sure you have a 5-star experience at our properties.

You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street.

I live in Boise, about 30 mins from this house. I prefer efficient, streamlined communication. Time is our most valuable resource. The best way to interact with me is via SMS/Text. I will respond within the hour.

This is a nice residential neighborhood that is very close to the new Costco and about 8 minutes from Eagle. There are many awesome stores and restaurants to explore!

House is great for a large family. We had 9 people celebrating a BSU graduation and we fit with plenty of room to spare. House was clean and in a location not too far from some of our favorite Meridian restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

EXACTLY what we needed... a PERFECT place!

This home was EXACTLY what we needed... we could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. Family was in town unexpectedly for a funeral, and we did not know for sure how many guests would be staying with us or with my family in their home. The flexibility of bedrooms in this home was part of what drew us there, but I also loved the photos of the multiple living rooms, the large primary bedroom, the open concept living/dining/kitchen. It all appeared beautiful online... and when we walked in the door, the house absolutely lived up to all our expectations. The flow of the home worked great for our two + families, the beds were comfortable, the number of bedrooms was fantastic, the large sectional couch was great... and the open great room was such a delight. The convenience of the home's location was perfect, too... near the grocery store, Starbuck's, convenient for walking/running straight from the house for those that wanted. The washer/dryer was great too. I just can't say enough good things about the house. We will rent this house again when we come to town to visit family. On another note, Sam's availability during the process of checking in (we added two nights to our reservation at the last minute) was fantastic. Just the right amount of communication and attention to our needs. We are SO happy with the rental home, the process, the property owner/manager and our stay. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Great Home-Perfect For Our Family

We had a great stay! Home was beautiful and clean! Had silverware and dishes that we needed. Only complaint is there were no cleaning supplies, we purchased some and left for the next guest! Also, would be super helpful if the home had plastic wrap and foil and maybe basic spices…little things that guests don’t typically carry on them when traveling but that come in handy when staying in a rental property! Overall great home, great stay, great location and would definitely stay again!

If you have a family reunion and are looking for a large, beautiful house with lots of rooms and beds, and love shopping and good food, look no further! You are in an area with lots of new and great restaurants, and you won't have to go to the same restaurant twice - there are so many good ones! The new Costco is 2 minutes away. The house has a great layout with one bedroom and a half bath downstairs as well as a queen sleeper sofas with memory foam mattress downstairs. Let us know if you need a high chair, stroller, or baby crib - we have it!

Access to community pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool is 200-300 yards from the house. Pool is closed after Labor Day and re-opens Memorial Day.
