Sweet and sunny one-bedroom older charming farmhouse flat with fresh furnishings and wood floors throughout. Upgraded new king-sized bed. Relax on the quiet front porch and grill at the back deck. It's an easy half-mile walk to both downtown Camden and Laite beach. Go for a hike at one of the many preserves in the area, browse the shops and antique stores, eat at one of the great restaurants or book a ride on one of the large schooners at the harbor. Designated parking spaces and first floor easy living. Enjoy!

She has lived in each of the three units in the building over the 23 years she has owned it. This Unit C is her favorite because it is easy to get in and out, being on one level and the front porch and back deck are great places to relax outside.
