The Pool House

Secluded and private three bedroom, four bath spacious home with a pool on 140 acres 20 minutes from Waco/Baylor/Magnolia.
The space
This well equipped home provides ample space for guests to enjoy the peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful oak trees. Whether relaxing by the pool, grilling on the patio, fishing in the stocked lake, watching wildlife, or star gazing...this property provides the perfect setting with magnificent views.

Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with an additional full bathroom downstairs accessible from the pool area. The home's main floor is easily accessible with step free entrance including into bathrooms and showers.

Guests have full access to the home, private pool, and lake.

The home is gated with a keypad entrance into the property.

There is an RV hookup available for an additional charge.

The pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge.
Other things to note
Master bedroom and guest bedroom are equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, and bar sink. The master bedroom has a king size Sleep Number adjustable base bed, a 65 inch Sony smart TV, a dual slip copper tub, a bidet, and a dual headed double shower.
The guest bedroom has a king size Sleep Number bed and a 50 inch smart TV.
The upstairs loft bedroom has three queen beds and a 50 inch smart TV.
The living room has two 65 inch Sony smart TVs with surround sound and a pool table.
The pool area has bluetooth audio.
The pool is NOT A DIVING POOL. Its depth ranges from 3.5 feet on each end to 5 feet in the middle. The pool is not fenced or gated. Thus this property may not be suitable for infants or toddlers or any persons unable to swim.
Children must be supervised at all times....indoors and outdoors.

Beautiful, peaceful stay

This house is beautiful, comfortable and was so much fun for our family and friends. We lounged by and played in the pool, fished the pond, walked amongst the trees and chilled in the living room. It has everything we look for in a vacation home. It's a nice place to unwind.

House was fantastic and well stocked with kitchen items. Plenty of room for a couple families. Heads up the 3 bedroom room is a loft, but it still worked out great for the kids. Plenty of floats for the pool and room to spread out. Highly recommend if considering!

The Pool House is beautiful, spacious and had EVERYTHING you could need. Sitting by the pool drinking coffee and looking at the rolling hills was perfect. My family had a great time, easy drive to Waco and Belton. So many extra’s we didn’t expect, multiple TV’s, house hold supplies, private areas to read, games, outdoor games, very private. Loved our stay!

We loved the Pool House. Brock and Tammie had great communication as we prepared for our visit and throughout the stay. The house and property were beautiful and perfect for our small family gathering celebrating one of our favorite people. Perfect accommodations for Baylor Graduation

We stayed at The Pool House for our daughter’s graduation from Baylor University. The accommodations were perfect! We were able to have both sets of grandparents stay with us and were able to grill lunch for our family and daughters friends. Wonderful opportunity to fellowship before everyone headed their separate ways. One set of grandparents brought their RV and the hookups were right by the house and very easy. Brock was a great host and answered any and all questions that we had. We would definitely stay again. What wonderful memories for our daughter’s Baylor graduation!

Our time at the Pool House was nothing short of amazing. The property itself did not disappoint - the pool was perfect for the kids (and we could see them from inside). Dad loved the 2 TVs inside. The kitchen was more than well equipped. There were plenty of towels and beach towels, plus extras if things we may have forgotten like sunscreen, goggles, etc. Suggestion is to get groceries prior to arrival because once we got there we didn’t want to leave!! Great communication from the owners when we had a question. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Heaven in Texas!

Our family just returned from a 5 night stay at The Pool House and we can't quit talking about how much fun we had!We arrived on Wednesday afternoon and the check-in process was a breeze! Upon checking in we quickly realized that this place had literally everything you could need in the kitchen, bathrooms and for outdoor usage! There were plenty of paper products for our entire stay and the hosts made sure we had plenty to spare! The kitchen is out of this world with a six burner stove top and two commercial grade ovens! We felt like we were on a cooking show and had so much fun prepping our meals!The place was immaculately clean, bug free (as much as you should expect in the woods) and everything we'd hoped for! The pool was perfect temp, very clean and got tons of usage! The speakers for music outside were perfect to keep the vibes right throughout the day! The outside cooking area was also extremely clean, very well stocked and ready for some grilling!We had all kinds of wildlife come by during our stay, including multiple white tail deer that stopped by for some quick pictures and to say hello! Our dogs were completely unbothered by the wildlife and fit right in! As for the fishing, we had a BLAST! My wife and my son both caught their personal best bass out of that pond and we feel as though there are plenty of bigger ones still in there that we will have to catch next time.The hosts were amazing, checking on us upon arrival and making sure we had it all

Simply Amazing & Perfect

Our stay at the Pool House was simply amazing and perfect for our special occasion. It is truly a hidden gem, in a very quiet, peaceful and secluded setting. We live in the country, but this was truly beyond our expectations. We enjoyed watching the cows and the deer, morning sunrises and even the storm passing through. Our families enjoyed our stay and so did our pup, she felt right at home with all the cows and room to run. From the reservation to checkout everything was seamless, and Brock was always very quick to respond. The design of the house is very thoughtful, especially with the separate entries, and the views are stunning. The guestbook will answer any and all questions that you may have about the technical equipment. The is no shortage of TVs! The house is equipped with everything that you need, the grocery store is just a few minutes away. Kitchen is very well stocked, including quality cookware and bakeware. The ice maker in the kitchen was a huge plus! The rooms are so spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor kitchen is also equipped with everything that you need. The kids enjoyed playing pool, fishing in the lake and swimming in the pool. I really appreciate Brock’s kindness and the way he welcomed our family upon arrival. He made sure that we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. THANK YOU! We loved it and will be back!
