Beautiful country house "Vielcroze". Private: property 2'000 m2 with lawn and trees, parking at the house on the premises. 3-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and antique furnishings: living/dining room 40 m2, Low door height 185 cm with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Terrace 15 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Wunderbares. Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Lediglich die Toilette könnte etwas besser sein, es fehlt eine vernünftige Lüftung. Aber die Vorteile des Hauses überwiegen bei weitem. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen nett!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben hier 2 schöne Urlaubswochen verbracht.Das Haus ist rustikal aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, auch Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich,französische Kenntnisse wären von Vorteil (es geht aber auch mit einem Handy-Sprachübersetzer). Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden,auch mit frischem Baguette ab 08:00 morgens. In Les Quatre-Routes-du-Lot (9 km) gibt es einen Carrefour mit angeschlossener Tankstelle(Selbstbedienung/Karte).

Authenticité, Nature et Bien Etre

Très jolie maison, authentique, pratique et décorée avec goût. Jardin immense et magnifique avec des vignes, des figues, des prunes et des noix. En outre les hôtes sont très sympathiques. On se sent bien et serein d'autant que la region est splendide, naturelle et riche en partimoine (villages medievaux, grottes, chateaux,...). Le Lac du Causses et la Dordogne sont des points d'eau non loin très appréciables. Bref des vacances idylliques!

Stimmungsvolles Ambiente

Es handelt sich bei dem Objekt um ein 1726 erbautes Haus mit z.T. alten Möbeln, die dem Ganzen einen besonderen Charme verleihen. Die Küche ist modern (2019), sämtliche Utensilien sind vorhanden. Toll ist auch der riesige Garten mit Kastanien, Nussbäumen etc. Zwei Terrassen mit Mobiliar runden das Ganze ab. Bei der Ankunft gab es durch den deutsch sprechenden Eigfentümer ausführliche Informationen. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden.
