Tri-level 3 br, 1.5 bath (and sleeper sofa) sleeps up to 8 comfortably with a large master suite. The best location in the area with easy access to I-75 orTelegraph. It has free parking, a comfortable patio and a walk-in basement. Amenities include a spacious kitchen with essentials, 2 separate dining areas, a dedicated workout area, a washer/dryer, and 3 smart/fire TVs with free WIFI. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all TVs, air conditioners and lights (inside and outside) are turned off.
Return any moved items back to the room they originated in.
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No food or drinks in living room. No liquids that can stain is allowed or candles. Limit outdoor noise after 10 pm.
Tampering with or unplugging exterior cameras are grounds for immediate eviction with no refund. Turn off air and lock doors when leaving.
Put trash in garbage cans and used dishes in the dish washer and start it before exiting. Put used towels in bathtub. Lock doors and windows.

The house was super great for our group! It was very clean and welcoming! Wonderful spaces to gather together but spread enough to have privacy if you need a moment of solitude. Very easy to access other areas in metro Detroit so location was great!

Great location for our planned event on Saturday, plenty of room for the 7 of us. We didn’t really use the basement areas but it was very nicely set up if we had needed to use it. Everything we needed was there, and close enough to shopping areas too. Much nicer than getting hotel rooms and planning a comfortable community place to hangout in. Thank you

The property was conveniently located. Plenty of parking! The house was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The basement area had a cute game room Basic amenities are provided in the kitchen, televisions in all but 1 bedroom, fans provided, plenty of room for seating and sleeping. One thing i would recommend would be to bring bath towels, and extra toiletries. Overall, it was a great stay, nice quiet neighborhood!

Wonderful!

The Joslyn Chateau worked out so well for our family and children! The home had everything we could ever ask for, including many activities and games for our kids. Adrienne was also so responsive to my messages and was able to set up a second pack n play for our young children. Simply the best!

Cozy Home

Everything was exactly as described. We could have used more towels for the eight of us and extra blankets. The game room was great for the kids. There was not any laundry detergent or extra dishwasher tabs so remember to bring some with you.

Thank you for your visit. Since it was 95 degrees, we did not leave extra blankets. You did not respond to our requests asking if you needed anything and stated that you had a wonderful stay. The washer and dryer is for our cleaners use. I must note that several of our house rules were broken during your stay requring extra cleaning and replacing of items.

Communication was excellent. The place was clean but definitely older. Stove was difficult to use. They advertised a pool table and table tennis, but there was no table tennis and the pool table was child-sized, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, it was a good experience.

The age and condition of the home is accurately show in the photos. There are also photos of the pool table to show that it is for children. We do not advertise a tennis table since we do not have one. Sorry you had trouble turning the stove on with the one know provide. Had we known you had quests we would have addressed them immediately.

Quaint cape cod with a warm feeling. Arrival communication a little bumpy as emails went through Expedia using different email- once worked out host was responsive. Wouldn’t stay there again as it has street traffic noise, ceiling fan light in bedroom would not go off and after using the door lock code multiple times in/out it stopped working and had to get the code reset @ 10-11 pm night before we left. These are annoying things. Communicating via an app not the best.

Nice house

We stayed for a short weekend to see Legoland, Sea Life Aquarium and M1 Concourse. We had a GREAT stay! Host was very attentive and accomodating. House is cozy but still has plenty of room for me, my son and daughter-in-law and their 2 kids. My teenaged grandson slept on the pull out couch in the basement and loved it. There's a big Connect Four game as well as Giant Checkers and a mini Pool table down there. We even used the Poker table and taught him how to play. Host was kind enough to turn on the AC prior to our arrival so the house was nice and cool for us. There was a fan in each bedroom too, in case we needed it. We did - we were there during a heat wave! Between the AC and fans we were all set. Location was perfect for our needs. We also stopped at CJ Barrymore and the Detroit Zoo on the way home. Will definitely come back.
