The beautiful new saltwater heated plunge pool and spacious back deck are now finished and ready for its first guests to enjoy. Updated professional photos of the new outdoor space have now been uploaded so you can soon see this amazing backyard oasis in full detail.

This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom home is very stylish, with a coastal cottage vibe throughout. The property features an open living, dining, and kitchen area that is fully equipped with top-of-the-line furnishings to provide all you need for a relaxing summer vacation with the whole family. This house comes with access to a neighborhood pool, tennis courts and playground only a few minutes walk away

The Carolina room has a LED television mounted in the corner, perfect for viewing from the sofa, which is a sleeper sofa and can be accessed from the living area and from the queen bedroom. The twin room and queen room share a bathroom. Soak in the skylight, which can also be accessed from the living area. The primary suite is on one side of the house, with a private bath and easy access to the laundry. The twin room and queen room are on the other side of the house and share a bathroom.

Step outside to discover the newly redesigned outdoor space, thoughtfully created for relaxing vacation days on Hilton Head Island. The brand new private pool and pool deck offer the perfect place to cool off, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings. Start your mornings with coffee at the charming bistro-style table, spend sunny afternoons lounging poolside in the chaise chairs, or fire up the grill for an easy evening meal after a day at the beach. With comfortable casual seating and a beautifully updated outdoor setting, this private backyard retreat is designed for guests to fully enjoy the Lowcountry lifestyle.

Key Features:
• Proximity to the beach: 5-7 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk to the beach
• Private Pool
• The pool can be heated for an additional charge; give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last-minute requests made prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated or reaching an optimal temperature.

We had a couple of maintenance issues, which were handled. Great location. Great pool area. Perfect for two couples (or more). Check in was super easy. Lots of communication from host. Really well done.

Relaxing Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was so quiet and peaceful and just a mile of a bike ride to the beach front. The pool was a relaxing touch; just big enough to cool off and relax by. Shaded most of the time by the trees. Kitchen was well stocked and the culdesac was very quiet. Public parking is a little difficult for restaurants and beach so you really do need to rent bikes. We had plenty of space for our kids and the beds were comfortable!

Best location and house !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was absolutely perfect. It was so clean, beautiful inside and out. Very easy access to the beach which we rode our bikes to only a 10 minute bike ride. and the dogs had such a great time going for walks on the beautiful bike path to the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything we could ever ask for. It was the perfect size for my family and our pups. We will absolutely come back and stay in this exact house next year!!!

It was very nice house in a great location. The only complaint that I have is a realtor showed up that wanted to see the house. Apparently the house is for sale.

Peaceful

This was our 4th time renting in this neighborhood and 2nd time in this exact house. We biked everywhere in Sea Pines (beach, tennis, Harbour Town) and the included equipment rental was seamless. We love the layout of this house for our family of 4.

Fantastic property

We had a fantastic week-long stay! The entire house is beautifully renovated and located in a family friendly community. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (thank you for providing quality pots and pans!), comfy beds, and the community pool and play area. The only issue we had was with a severely clogged shower drain, but the property management company was very responsive and addressed it immediately. We highly recommend this house!

The place was in good repair and well kept, we enjoyed the Sea Pines area, and when we did have a couple of issues with the property (a low branch in the driveway and the AC quit working) repairs were done quickly and conveniently.
