Hello summer 2024! The perfect beach vacay is right here with Kozi Stays! Recently renovated with new kitchen counter tops, back splash tiles and flooring! Stainless steel appliances including a new refrigerator, oven and microwave. Flirty Flamingo at Miramar Beach is in the perfect location just 2 blocks from beach access and Pompano Joe's Seafood House. It's located on the main floor so no need to worry about climbing any stairs or hauling things up and down. It is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath featuring a king size (memory foam!) bed in the bedroom, a twin size sleeper sofa and twin size rolling bed, comfortably sleeping 4 adults (max 5 total guests including children with no more than 4 adults).

It has been tastefully furnished to give you tropical vibes and feel totally relaxed! Plenty of natural light throughout. Come back from a fun day at the beautiful beach and dip into the community pool just a few steps away, enjoy drinks on the patio while watching the sun set/rise and end the night with a card game or a movie! Whether you're here to unwind for a couples retreat or weekend getaway with the family or friends, this place is perfect for you! Book now and we will make sure you have the best stay!

⭐️ We provide a wagon to easily haul your stuff to the beach and some beach toys for your little ones!! ⭐️

The GORGEOUS Emerald Coast won't disappoint with its clear blue water and plush white sands!

GUEST ACCESS: We have a smart lock for self check in. You will be provided with a unique door code for your stay. You will have access to the entire home minus owners closet. (Located in the living room next to tv, please do not tamper with these doors.)

INDOOR LIVING: Modern beach-themed interior with brand new everything! 50" Flat Screen Smart TVs with Roku for streaming services (bring your own passwords) in the living room, and some cards available to entertain.

BEDROOM: Features a comfortable luxe king size bed, 43" Flat Screen Smart TV with Roku, and twin size rolling bed tucked away in the closet. Washer and dryer also available for use. There are closet hangers and luggage racks for your convenience.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, cookware, cooking utensils, cooking spices, knife set, blender, drip/kcup coffee maker, toaster, kettle, eating utensils, and dinnerware. We provide some kcup pods for your caffeine craving.

OUTDOOR SPACE: private patio w/ table + chairs for 4, right outside the bedroom. Watch the sunset or have a peekaboo view of the pool. This area is perfect for morning coffee, mimosas or late afternoon cocktails. There is also a community bbq pit by the pool for your dining needs.

GENERAL: Free high-speed Wifi (up to 500 mbps). Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are all provided in the closet in bedroom.

PARKING: 1 designated parking spot right in front of the door and guest parking nearby.

COMMUNITY POOL: Open year round. Just steps away in the backyard. Not heated.

CLEANING: A starter pack will be provided with all stays and includes laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo, and body wash. Beach towels can be found in the bedroom closet.

CAMERAS: Cameras are in use at the front door for your safety. Any tampering with, removing, disconnecting, moving, covering equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation and removal.

REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for weather, weather related issues, or natural disasters. Please look into travel insurance if necessary.

***A legally signed rental agreement and $300 security deposit hold is required for all stays. Please message us before booking if you would like to read the full rental agreement. All reservations are considered tentative for 48 hours, or until a signed agreement is received, whichever comes first.

Condo was short walk from the beach and made for a great getaway.

We enjoy our stay and the condo was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and back patio added an extra sitting area. Since we flew, the wagon that was available to use to take our things to the beach was very helpful.

Cozy Couple Getaway

The Flirty Flamingo was everything we’d hoped for and more. Super cute, super clean and absolutely perfect for a couples getaway. We were only about a block from the beach and walking distance to some amazing restaurants. We look forward to booking the Flirty Flamingo again in the future. This is a great little condo that is just right for a couple. Very updated and user friendly. The pool was quiet and relaxing and the area tucked away nicely within a short walking distance to the beach. The owner is very attentive to the little things that made our stay just right.

Beautiful,Clean and a Short Walk to the Beach

This condominium was a very clean nice setup. When we walked in I was expecting at least a little sand on the floor considering the beach being so close but there was no sand anywhere and the house was spotless. Kudos to the cleanliness. The S'mores was an awesome idea I loved it so much I ordered me a Tabletop S'mores maker. This place is great for a small family. I had a four year old (who is normally a hand full) and I just knew walking to the beach was going to be a task but the beach was so close it was literally a breeze. The pool is right there also so when we didn't feel like going to the beach we just went to the pool which is very nice and doesn't close until 11pm which is great. Great area also although we didn't eat at any of the restaurants it was nice to know they were there and close. There is a banana boat ride, jet skiing and parasailing which was really nice. There was a mishap with one of the appliances but the host was very responsive and quick about getting it fixed. Which I was freaking out about it but they were so kind and more like super heros they saved the day! We enjoyed every bit of our vacation. Thank you Tim & Caroline ❤

Great Experience

Excellent location being next to the beach and restaurants. This place was so clean and cozy, I enjoyed going back and relaxing (as if I was home). Caroline was friendly and responsive as well. Would stay anytime.
