Welcome to Seaside 1204, a beautifully remodeled one-bedroom, one-bath condo located in the desirable Seaside Beach & Racquet Club complex. Recent updates include new appliances, furnishings, a comfortable mattress, and a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress, making this the perfect retreat for couples, small families, or a relaxing beach getaway.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club offers an impressive selection of resort-style amenities, including three swimming pools (two outdoor and one indoor), tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a sauna, steam room, fitness center, BBQ grills, picnic areas, a clubhouse, and Adirondack chairs overlooking the Gulf, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the coastal views.

The condo is located in the Tennis Villas on the second floor of Building 1, with convenient elevator access nearby. The thoughtfully designed layout features one bedroom and one bathroom, along with blackout curtains in both sleeping areas to help ensure a restful night's sleep. The living room includes a new queen sleeper sofa, offering additional sleeping accommodations for guests.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy a partial ocean view and breathtaking sunsets each evening.

The location is ideal, with numerous family-friendly attractions, dining options, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance. Whether you're planning a quick beach escape or an extended family vacation, Seaside 1204 provides the perfect home base for making lasting memories on the Alabama Gulf Coast.

We are Sean and Melinda Tussey. We own and personally manage the condo, and we're committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please feel free to contact us with any questions before or during your visit.

We were very pleased with our stay overall. Access to the beach was wonderful amenities in the condo were very nice. They included extras like the laundry, hamper, washer & dryer, appropriate kitchen utensils, etc. Check-in process was easy. The condo looked very clean and updated. Very comfortable to just hang out after a hot day on the beach.Condo cooled well but would suggest making sure curtains are closed on arrival as it was very hot when we arrived. If we find ourselves in this area again we will look for this listing as our first choice.

It was a wonderful stay. The location was great. We had a good amount of time at the beach every non-travel day. The beach chairs in the unit were great. We overlooked the beach umbrella in the closet until it was too late. Our fault. :) The bed was comfy and cozy. We saved money by having breakfast every morning and some lunches in the condo. The blender allowed us to save money on drinks, too. This allowed us to splurge on dinner each night. Wonderful, romantic trip we will not soon forget.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was such a nice and quiet stay! The condo was very clean, super close to the beach and had a good variety of restaurants near by. I loved that they had little beach chairs in the condo for you to use if needed. I had forgot mine so that was so helpful to have. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Beautiful beach condo rental. I would recommend to anyone going to Orange beach area! My husband and I had a great time celebrating our anniversary. The location was super close to all that we wanted to do and not too far from Florida and Gulf shores area. You gotta love a place that has its own beach entrance as well. If you want a nice and peaceful place to go, this would the place. No partying and loud crowds just enhanced the trip. The Tusseys have made a vacation rental feel like a home away from home.

Not sure what activities you were expecting or what we erroneously conveyed in our listing but wouldn’t expect that to weigh on your review of our property. I did notice house rules was rated less than five stars. I assume this is due to our property managers approaching you about the dog you weren’t allowed to have on property. The listing clearly notes NO PETS so again I’m not sure how your decision rates poorly on my property. Even after them contacting me about your pet I did not charge you an additional cleaning fee which my cleaners charge me. Have a wonderful day!

Property is an older building; but, kept up very nicely. Unit was very clean and updated. We had a slight/angled ocean view. Owner was wonderful to work with. Very responsive.
