I was there with other creator and business partners to attend a conference and absolutely enjoyed the space. We were the talk of the conference. It was absolutely beyond our expectations and the pictures are great but being there in the moment is what made it soooo worth it. The host was on point and addressed any and all of our issues. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to impress and stay in a very amazing and spacious as well as very well put together space. Thank you for hosting us this is our new space when we return.

Beautiful surprise

We overall loved our stay in this home. It was very close to everything that we needed and we did not have to go far to do any activities. Our only concern were the number of stairs. Although it had an elevator indoors, it would have been nice to not have to deal with any stairs or a very slow elevator.

Great for our large group!

Our team was blown away by the space! They raved from the minute they walked inside. While we were close enough to walk to everywhere we needed to be, we had privacy and time to bond as a team since were not staying at the hotels with the rest of our convention participants. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and were excited to go home with clean clothes instead of having to laundry when they returned from our long, draining convention. We would definitely stay here again (and probably will)!

Absolutely stunning. The most spectacular property in the best possible location. Walking to Market Square for food and drinks is a breeze. The home itself is simply beautiful. So comfortable and lovely. The property manager is on point with communication and took care of anything we needed. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Fabulous Family Gathering Place

Downtown Celebration

This was more than perfect for our group of moms and teens celebrating prom. Plenty of space for teens to have their own spot and moms to be able to relax and have some wine. Beds were comfy and plenty! Only advice would be to add a freezer in the kitchen area. We brought food with us that needed to stay frozen and the only freezer in the basement was a little inconvenient. Also, the ice maker in the kitchen did not work so we had to get coolers of ice. Other than that, we were perfectly content! Had so much fun. And would love to rent again.

Historic Awesome Place

A condo full of old Knoxville history. Large, comfortable place with lots of things to do. Could use a bathroom nearer the three large bedrooms for those of us older renters. Overall I would rent it again.

Friedman’s Loft was an absolute gem! The house is amazing and very spacious. Perfect for our group…the kids loved the bottom floor and having their own space. You will not be disappointed at all if you stay here!

Graduation gathering

We had an amazing weekend celebrating our graduate. The house is just fantastic, the location couldn’t be better, and Molly is a dream. The late checkout accommodations allowed us to enjoy the World Cup final and see our team win it all.

Beautiful home! Great location

The property is gorgeous! Perfect for a large UTK family gathering. The location near market square is ideal. We walked to campus due to delays with Uber, it was a short 15 minute walk to the stadium. Molly is super responsive and made sure who were taken care off. Can’t wait to come back again!

Knoxville is an amazing town and these properties in which I have been entrusted to are in the heart of downtown Knoxville. I grew up here and am most excited to be sharing Knoxville with people from all over. There are always fun things going on in Knoxville. Market Square, the Old City, and World's Fair Park always seem to have something happening. And then there is always Tennessee football!

The Smoky Mountains, in all their splendor, are right outside our back door. Whether it's a hike in the mountains or a bike ride around Cades Cove, east Tennessee is one of the most beautiful places to visit, or even better, call home!
