Non smoking granny apartment in Spenge. 1. Upper floor, attic apartment approx. 70 sqm. Two bedrooms for two people each, a large area for living, eating and cooking, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. The apartment also has a south-facing balcony with an electric awning.
Equipment: one bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 180 X 200 cm, night shelves and a large closet. The second bedroom has two single beds, each 90 X200 cm, as well as a closet and bedside tables.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink with mirror and a small closet for utensils. The separate toilet has a small sink.
The living area consists of a couch set, a lowboard and satellite television. In the same room is the dining area with a table and 6 chairs.
The kitchen, also in this room, has u. a. via an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There is also plenty of storage space.
The building was built in 1979, the apartment was completely renovated and rebuilt in early 2018.
