Ready for a movie night? Head over to the air-conditioned movie theater room to enjoy the sectional, armchairs, stools, and MASSIVE 85" tv. Turn on the popcorn machine for the ultimate movie night. The movie theater is our 6th bedroom area complete with queen/queen bunk bed and dresser.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The stunning patio provides plenty of outdoor seating and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sunny day or fresh air in the evening. Lounge by the private outdoor heated pool.

Relax in the comfortable lounge chairs, open up an umbrella for shade or close to enjoy the sun. As the sun sets, head to the dining table for a tasty meal grilled up on the BBQ provided. After dinner gather around the huge fire pit with 16 chairs for late night fireside chats and roasting marshmallows.

Hit the multi-sports court to battle it out on the pickleball court OR hit the hoops for an awesome game of basketball.

Let the little ones explore the play-set complete with slide, swings, monkey bars, climbing structure, and chain walking bridge. Yard games galore with corn hole, bocce ball, croquet, giant Jenga, and connect 4.

This stylish home boasts six relaxing and spacious bedrooms, each featuring comfortable beds, lovely decor, and optimal comfort!

The huge master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, located upstairs, features a plush king-sized bed and two queen beds for a good night’s sleep. Watch a movie on the 50” TV or to read a good book. You’ll also find a large walk-in closet and desk if you have any work to catch up on.

The second bedrooms upstairs features a comfy king-sized bed, two nightstands, and a 50" Smart TV, so you can keep up with your favorite shows in the privacy of your own room.

The third bedroom upstairs has one king bed and a full bed, perfect for friends, the little ones, or couples who need lots of space!

Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms, both with king beds and an additional bathroom.

The sixth sleeping area is the movie theater room with a queen over queen bunk bed, so there's plenty of sleeping options for your whole family.

The three full bathrooms are perfect for washing up after a day by the beach. Each bathroom features a large vanity mirror, and a hairdryer and is stocked with premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own!

You’ll be happy to find laundry facilities within the home so that you can keep your wardrobe fresh during your stay.

Make a meal in the kitchen, which is flooded with natural light and features white soft-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. This space has all the appliances you’ll need along with dinnerware, silverware, small appliances, and even spices.

In the morning, brew a steaming hot cup of coffee at the coffee bar which includes a Keurig coffee machine, an electric water kettle, k-cups, tea options, sugar, and individual liquid creamers. You can enjoy it at the spacious island with seating for three or sit around the elegant dining table with eight chairs.

The living room is just steps from the kitchen and features elegant details and a large sectional sofa and armchairs that offers plenty of seating for your group. You’ll find a 65" smart TV and lots of fun and color here.
