Relax and unwind at our modern Polpis oasis! Four main floor bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Two spacious sitting areas with high ceilings on main floor open to gourmet kitchen. Main floor also has a private office space with printer. A mudroom for going to and from the beach. Two brand new bedrooms on added second floor with a shared double vanity bathroom. Newly finished basement including gym with infared sauna, billiards table, and large TV room with built in bar. Private pool with patio and rare yard space- an ideal place to relax and have fun with your family or friends. The home lends itself very well to unique family dynamics or bringing along a nanny/in-laws as the layout allows for some privacy for all. Less than 5 minutes to mid-island grocery stores and restaurants and 10 minute drive to town. Easy access to public transportation. Polpis Road bike paths at your fingertips and expansive walking paths located right at the end of our street. On Nantucket, beaches are plentiful and never far! Get ready to enjoy our fully equipped home and all of the beauty Nantucket has to offer!

Great House in Polpis

This is such a fabulous house, the pictures barely do it justice. The bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and are all very private making it ideal for groups / couples. Pool with huge yard was ideal for long days spent outside swimming and playing wiffle ball with kids. Very spacious with multiple living areas, including a great home theater in the basement for the 1 rainy day we had during our trip. The gym with infrared sauna was a blast. Kitchen fully stocked / equipped with everything you’d need during your stay. House had beach chairs, 2 bikes, plenty of beach towels, etc. Located in Polpis yet very close to town and the Meat and Fish Market. Attentive and responsive owner. Loved everything about this house and look forward to hopefully renting again!
