This holiday home is ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of the big city and enjoying pure nature. Situated between the forests and mountains of the Sierra de Córdoba, just 10 km from Villaviciosa, it offers the perfect place for peace and privacy on your holiday. The house has a capacity for 10 people and in the spacious outdoor area you will find a beautiful pool from where, with a bit of luck, you can watch horses or deer grazing. With its heating and fireplace, the house is also suitable for a winter holiday. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy fantastic starry skies at night, go on hikes and mountain bike tours and go fishing at the reservoir. In 2015, the area was even designated a light conservation area.

You can also visit the world cultural city of Córdoba with its famous mosque, the Jewish quarter or Madinat al Zahra. The nearest airport, Seville, is 177 km away.

Maison rurale accessible par route en terre défoncée en 4x4

Cette propriété est très prometteuse sur le site. En réalité, elle se situe à 7km d'une route goudronnée. Il faut donc faire 20 minutes de pistes défoncées en terre pour arriver à une maison perdue dans les bois. Voiture 4x4 hautement recommandée. Qui plus est, la piscine n''est pas d'un bleu azur mais d'un vert crasseux- impossible de s'y baigner. L'internet est aléatoire tout comme l'eau chaude d'ailleurs. Coté positif, la maison dispose de bon volume et vous permet d'être en pleine nature. Très franchement, je me suis senti totalement floué par rapport au descriptif du site. A fuir.
