    Although we only stayed for two nights, the location was wonderful. Right next to the beach and what a view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

    Friends weekend

    The condo was lovely and comfortable. Check-in was easy. Located across the street from the Gulf, there was a cross walk that made beach access easy. There is a sidewalk to walk next to the beach, and stairs that lead down to the beach. The den furniture wasn’t as pictured, but was comfortable for socializing or watching tv. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed for our weekend, but we ate our meals out, so I can’t really speak to that. It seemed adequately equipped if we had cooked. Please note if you rent this condo, you will need to bring paper towels and toilet paper. There was less than half a roll in each bathroom when we arrived.

    Thank you for your review Pam I’m glad you enjoyed your stay! We are right in the middle of a decor remodel in between guests as this is our off season and will be updating pictures as soon as it is complete. And for the paper goods I’ll make note for the cleaners. In the listing we state we provide an initial supply but guests will need to purchase their own if they utilize that supply. Our cleaners are instructed to leave an extra roll of each if it’s half or less so my apologies for the inconvenience it will be addressed. Hope to have you back after the remodel! Thanks -Kevin

    Fantastic Condo

    Three friends and I stayed in Kevin's condo for 4 nights while we took advantage of a "girls Trip" opportunity. Kevin was a dream to work with for information and details and was always immediately available for questions. I can't rave enough about the cleanliness of this condo and the entire building and property. The attention to detail in keeping everything in A-1 condition was amazing! The pool area was spotless and grills, sinks and tables in the covered pool deck were scrubbed every morning. The condo itself was very nicely appointed. Not overly fussy, but very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were awesome. All and all, a very lovely place. I would not hesitate to come back, or recommended this condo to a friend. Thank you, Kevin!

    Bachelorette party

    We stayed for one night for our friends bachelorette party. The size of the condo was perfect for all of us and the location was ideal. The host responded quickly with any questions I had. We had zero problems or complaints. We would definitely stay again!

    Condo was just as in the pictures. Great view!! Very roomy, comfortable, and the beds slept great. Had a small issue with a shower door, but it was easily taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!!! Overall very nice condo on the beach.

    Easy communication with the owner! The pool was great for our crew. And the teenagers had easy access to a public beach! We could set up our own little area and it was NOT crowded!!!

    Beautiful!

    We had 6 ladies in our group for an overnight stay for a Bachelorette party. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer! This place was beautiful! Everything was so clean and it smelled amazing! The host Kevin was very polite and you can tell that he takes pride in keeping his guest happy. I would stay here again with no hesitation!!!
