This three-bedroom, oceanfront condo is the ultimate vacation spot for a family or two couples traveling together. This gem is located on the second floor, offering an unobstructed view of the beautiful Atlantic. The ocean, with its spectacular sunrises and balmy breezes, glitters from your balcony.

Even from inside, you'll still see the surf. Soft pastel colors give you that beachy feel throughout the condo, and everything was designed for your comfort. The kitchen is a delight, offering cookware, dishes, and utensils galore, plus all appliances major and minor. The kitchen has also been renovated to include new granite countertops and new cabinets. There's counter space for chopping and mixing and a dishwasher for the clean-up afterward.

The balcony is deep and comfortable, with a table and an outdoor couch and chair where you can relax in the shade.

The living and dining areas are open and connected, while the three bedrooms are quiet, private, and restful. The primary suite has its own flatscreen TV and balcony access, so leave the drapes open and see if the sunrise wakes you in the morning. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom as well.

Colony Reef is a family-friendly complex with all the amenities you hope for in sunny Florida. There are two swimming pools (one is oceanfront and the other is heated), a sauna, a great workout room, tennis courts, and a playground. A private walkway leads you over the dunes (look for turtles and rabbits in the lush undergrowth!) and down to the pristine white sand. And then the relaxation really begins!

Great vacation!

We loved our stay here! Two of the rooms were spacious and had bathrooms. The third room is very small but the bunk bed makes it fun for a younger sibling. Beach view balcony was spectacular and we loved the pool and tennis courts. The front office has ping pong, basketball, tennis rackets, and the apartment has boogie boards, sun shades, beach towels, so we were all set. We had never been to St Augustine beaches and they were soooooo much nicer than Daytona or Ormond.

Enjoyed our stay.

Views were wonderful. Beach access was great. Plenty of supplies for outdoor fun. Beds were comfy and showers had great pressure. Had trouble locking the condo when we left. Parking was a challenge. All in all it was a great week!!

The view!

The best feature about this rental is the wrap around view of the ocean--there was nothing between us and the ocean except for dunes! We also enjoyed the recessed balcony which gave us privacy as we sat and chatted or read, and was a quiet spot away from the pool. The AC and wifi worked well and our king size bed was very comfortable. Unlike some rentals, this one was very well lit in the bathrooms and with lamps beside the beds. We prepared most of our meals in the kitchen with no problem. Furniture a little dated but we were fine with it. Also very must appreciated bathroom toiletries and dishwashing supplies. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very nice, clean and beautiful view of the ocean. Two really good size bedrooms, but the room with bunkbed is very small. We enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful and Peaceful

This unit is right on the beach and has incredible views. The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms were very clean. Those two items are most important to me. The bunk bed room is tiny but would be fine for kids. There was not enough toilet paper supplied (3 rolls for four people for three nights) so we had to buy extra. Also, we would’ve liked to have extra towels. There were extra pillows, but no cases for the pillows. Kitchen was great and well stocked, with the exception of 2 garbage bags- we needed more for our 3 night stay.
