Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 38 Sea Winds! The condo is very spacious and has anything you need for a stay at the beach. Patty is an amazing host with great communication. We will gladly come back and stay on our next St. Augustine trip!

House was very nice. Fully equipped kitchen, linens, beach towels, several beach chairs. Host responded almost immediately to my texts. It was great hanging out on the decks watching and listening to the ocean. Would definitely rent again.

This place was perfect. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach and only a short drive to historic downtown. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and for our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay - everything was neat and clean, the view was spectacular. A small hiccup with the check-in process, but the owner was very helpful and responsive. It is not far from The Amp outdoor venue so it was perfect for going to a concert! Highly recommend this property!

My husband and I have four kids (13, 10, and two 7 year olds), and this place was fantastic! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. It was very nice to have three full bathrooms when we came back from the beach to shower off quickly. There was a nice garage to keep all the beach stuff in, and was already stocked with lots of fun things, including boogie boards, a couple small coolers, beach chairs, and so much more. It was so nice to wake up from the third floor master each morning and see the beautiful sunrise. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals there throughout the week. We have stayed at three different condo/homes with our kids and this is by far the best! We will definitely be coming back here in the future!

This may be my favorite Vrbo we have stayed in. One of our top priorities is always cleanliness, and this condo was so clean. It also had so many extras for the beach (sand toys, boogie boards/beach chairs/beach wagon) and also fully stocked kitchen with everything you could ever need (tons of pots/pans, etc). The check-in and checkout process was smooth, and the short walk to the quiet beach was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!! Thank you for such an amazing stay during our first trip to St Augustine!!
