The first floor features a roomy living area with a 65" Roku smart tv, nap-worthy sofa, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area with plenty of natural light. There is room here for everyone to lounge or dine together in the AC after a day at the beach or on the greens at the award winning golf courses nearby. From here, enjoy the private outdoor patio for an evening of stargazing and a glass or wine or take advantage of the grille for an epic BBQ.
The second story features a cozy reading nook, washer & dryer and two bedrooms with en suite baths.

Why they chose this property
My husband and I met here in Myrtle Beach while I were obtaining my undergrad degree and he was coaching at Coastal Carolina. We love this area and always found ourselves traveling back here for getaways!
