Welcome to Saida Towers III #3804, a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located at one of South Padre Island’s premier beachfront properties.

Condo Features:
Entertainment: TV in the master bedroom and living room (no TV in the second bedroom).
Sleeping Arrangements: Two full-size beds in the master bedroom, one full-size and one twin bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
Flooring: Tile throughout, with a rug in the living room for added comfort.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with standard appliances, utensils, and a standard coffee maker.
Bathrooms: Master bathroom features a tub, while the second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

This condo’s prime location near the beach made it an excellent spot for a relaxing escape. Whether it was morning walks by the water or catching sunsets, the convenience was unbeatable. The price point was also a pleasant surprise, offering good value for such a sought-after area.The unit itself could benefit from some updates, especially in the bathrooms where drainage issues with the showers were a bit of a hassle.
