The house has a living room overlooking the beautiful countryside and a working corner with a desk - 1 bedroom with sofa bed and 1 desk - 1 master bedroom with large double bed and great views - both the living room and the bedroom have a French balcony - large Nature / dune plot with beautiful views - 4 sun terraces, partly sheltered from the wind, around the whole house (about 120 square meters), which provide the whole day for sunny hours - beautiful garden furniture with sun loungers - enjoy this charming house in beautiful nature with your own Family - the quiet and fantastic location ensures the perfect rest.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in Dänemark. Die Gegend einfach wunderschön, die Leute in der Nachbachschaft sehr freundlich und natürlich das Ferienhaus einfach top eingerichtet und alle Zimmer super sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert das Ferienhaus. Auch bei kurzen Rückfragen wurde sehr schnell gantwortet. Man kann sagen es entspricht dem dänischen Hyggegefühl. Die Gegend um Saltum Strand auch einfach richtig schön und der Strand ist sogar mit dem Auto befahrbar. Nationalpark Thy (ca. 90 Minuten Autofahrt) ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert zum Wandern und Essen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in idyllischer Dünenlage, 15 Minuten Fussweg zum Strand. Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Winterurlaub zu fünft verbracht und haben uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in den Dünen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung – großzügig, komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der traumhafte Blick in die Dünenlandschaft. Abgesehen von ein paar Hausdächern, die schemenhaft hinter den Bäumen zu erkennen sind, hat man das Gefühl, vollkommen in der Natur einzutauchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekt!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, es gibt dort alles, was man braucht. Es liegt mitten in der Natur und in der Nähe zum Strand. Es war ein sehr schöner, entspannter Urlaub! :)

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern über Silvester in dieses wunderschöne Haus gereist. Das ruhig gelegene Haus ist großzügig gebaut. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist deutlich größer als in anderen typischen dänischen Ferienhäusern. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles reichlich vorhanden und überall absolut sauber. Von der ersten Minute an, haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Sälzer war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir wünschen dem Haus allzeit nette Gäste.

Wir haben zwei traumhafte Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist hell und gemütlich, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. In der Küche hat es an absolut nichts gefehlt und alle Utensilien sind sehr hochwertig. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut ruhig, morgens standen die Rehe auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns selten so gut in einem Urlaub erholt, wir kommen definitiv wieder.

A nice holiday home

We stayed in the pretty house in Saltum for one week in May 2022. The pictures give an accurate impression of the house. Actually it is bigger than one would expect. When staying with more than 2 persons it is very nice that the rooms are big and that on the second floor, where the master bedroom is, there is also a big living room. So some people can enjoy themselves downstairs and some upstairs. The kitchen was well equiped, with even a measuring cup and an electronic weighing scale. The furniture was comfortable. The beds are perfect. In case you bring your own sheets along: the duvets (dekbedden, Bettdecke) are all one person ones. The furniture for the outside was comfortable as well and it is very nice you can just move with the sun around the house. The electricity in Denmark is the most expensive in Europe, so be prepared to have to pay more than you might expect. We had to make use of the heater (temperatur outside were around 13 degrees Celsius) and have to pay for one week over € 90. The electricity meter is outside of the house, a grey small cupboard on the side of the barn. The water meter is in the room containing the washing machine and dryer in the cupboard holding the waterboiler and is situated below the boiler, you have to go down on your knees to find it. What would be better is to publish the prices of the electricity and water immediately on the website before you make up your mind. Ofcourse with the addition that the actual prices vary (can go up). Wifi works perfectly. Parking is easy, preferably drive in backwards for the last few meters. Communication was okay, but could be somewhat faster. The surroundings are beautiful: we saw while sitting inside foxes, deer, phesants. All in all: we recommand this house!

Ein wundervolles Haus

...inmitten der schönen Dünen. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Es war sehr gemütlich und angenehm durch die gute Ausstattung: warmer Kamin, heller Essbereich, Kochinsel mit allen Schüsseln, Gläser, Besteck und wirklich allem was man braucht. Ein Bad mit kleiner Sauna und oben ein schöner, großer Raum mit Sofa und Fernseher. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und die Ruhe ist herrlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Gemütlichkeit in Strandnähe

Tolles Haus inmitten einer fabelhaften Dünenlandschaft. Die Nordsee und der schöne Strand sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!
