You won't miss out on any of the action going on in the living room if you are in cooking in this large, fully updated, mixed metals designed kitchen. Take a seat and dine around the 8-person dining table, a perfect spot to discuss the next day's plans. You can take the cooking outside using the trendy outdoor kitchen and then serve it right to the outdoor dining table
for 8 or 3 of your guests at the bar top.

Fun In & Out

Play inside and outside! Challenge your friends to a pool tournament or splash around in the sparkling pool. Take some time to relax and chat around on the outdoor living furniture. You can also soak up the sun by laying out on the pool loungers.

These bedrooms are large and spacious, making your stay extra comfortable.
Stay in the master bedroom to enjoy the vaulted ceilings and king-sized bed with an ensuite. This bathroom is a dream! There are double sinks with plenty of counter space. It has a waterfall shower head and separate from that there is a tub. You also have direct access to the backyard.
The queen bedrooms are spacious with beautiful touches of modern decor and plush bedding.
In the bunk bedroom, you will find that it is a queen over queen setup with two fun bean bags to relax on while watching tv.

House Rules:
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
Pool heat is not available at this home
Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
No pets allowed
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax

For your safety and security, there is a ring doorbell camera located at the front door.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!
