Totally renovated townhouse in Alpine Meadows across the street from Holiday Valley and overlooking the slopes!!!This unit has been totally renovated with all new flooring, cabinets, countertops, gas fireplace, air conditioning, etc. Smart TV's in the family room and all bedrooms with Sonos sound in the family room. Large deck overlooking HV for relaxation. Every amenity you could ask for in the absolute perfect location!!!!! Walk 300 yards to the Sunrise lift to ski in the winter or take the free HV shuttle. In the summer, guests can walk under 3 minutes to the HV pools, golf course and John Harvard's Brew House. This unit is less than 1 mile to the center of the Village of Ellicottville. Enjoy the best that Ellicottville has to offer all year round.

This property truly has it all. The location across the street from Holiday Valley can not be beat. The unit it totally renovated and incredibly compfortable. Its been the best vacation home for us.
What makes this property unique
This location is the absoloute best. Its a 300 yard walk to the Sunrise lift and an even shorter walk to the Holiday Valley Pools, golf couse, John Harvard's restaurant and all that Holliday Valley has to offer.
