Awesome home in Barban

This authentic cottage has a beautiful interior. It is located on a large plot of land next to an oak forest and in the quiet surroundings of Sajini village. Here you will enjoy quiet mornings with birdsong while swimming in the swimming pool and atmospheric evenings with a glass of excellent wine on the veranda. Near the house you will still find some small farms, with pets and well-kept gardens. The beaches and the bustle of the big city are also only half an hour from the house, so you can experience both: Relaxation in a privacy and quickly accessible by car towns and attractions.

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und dem Service der Vermieter. Sie waren immer zu jeder Gelegenheit erreichbar und hilfsbereit..Das Haus selber hat alles was braucht und man kann wunderbar dort seinen Urlaub verbringen. Das Grundstück und die Lage sind ideal wenn man, so wie wir, einfach mal in Ruhe seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte. Allerdings muss man wissen dass das Meer und ein größerer Supermarkt ca. 30 Minuten entfernt sind.Ein kleiner Supermarkt in auf einem Camping Platz in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Super Haus mit riesigem schönen Grundstück (nannten ihn Privatpark) und Pool mit Außendusche. Super ruhige Lage!Haus im EG: 1x SZ mit Doppelbett Wannenbad (inkl. großer bodentiefer Dusche), WZ und Küche.Im OG: 1x SZ mit 2 Betten, Duschbad und 1x SZ mit Doppelbett.Das Haus war super sauber, komplett mit allem ausgestattet. 2x Klimaanlage.Das Haus selbst ist ein altes ursprüngliches Haus, welches renoviert wurde und dadurch einen besonderen Charme besitzt, genau so wie wir es gesucht hatten.Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, haben sich auch während des Aufenthaltes um uns gekümmert wenn wir Fragen hatten (Whatsapp-Kontakt).Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Konsum, welcher auf der Ausfahrtsstraße nach Svetvincenat, in einem Vereinshaus mit Sportplatz, ist und täglich ab 07:00 Uhr geöffnet hat.Leider hatte die Konoba im Ort zu unserer Zeit (Ende Juni/ Anfang Juli) geschlossen.Alles in Allem hatten wir 5 Erwachsenen 3 wunderschöne Wochen mit unvergesslichen Erinnerungen.Waren das 3. mal in Istrien, aber dies war der perfekteste Urlaub!Vielen, vielen Dank an unsere lieben Gastgeber!

Das renovierte traditionelle Bauernhaus liegt in sehr schöner Umgebung am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes. Künstlerische Elemente unterstreichen die liebevolle Einrichtung des Hauses und des gesamten Anwesens. Die Ausstattung des Hause stilgerecht und pragmatisch. Im Garten gibt es eine Außenküche mit Grillmöglichkeit. Das untere Schlafzimmer hat eine eigene Airconditioning, die beiden oberen Räume können von einer im oberen Flur befindlichen zweiten Aircondtioning gekühlt werden. Der große Garten mit vielen schattenspendenden Bäumen lädt zum Spielen und Verweilen ein. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es noch traditionelle Bauernhöfe mit Tieren. Zwischen Garten und Haus liegt der schöne Pool, den wir zu viert sehr viel genutzt haben. Die Gastgebenden sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Laden, der fußläufig erreichbar ist und die wesentlichen Dinge des täglichen Lebens anbietet. Größere Supermärkte gibt es in Vodnjan und Labin (ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto). Sehr zu empfehlen ist aber auch der Fischmarkt und der grüne Markt in Pula (ca. halbe Stunde). Wir haben 2 Wochen Mitte August in ruhiger Atmosphäre sehr genossen und das Grundstück wenig verlassen.
