This stylish condo is the perfect place to call home while you enjoy Traverse City. Conveniently located just 1.5 miles from downtown, be sure to bring your bike as you will have immediate access to the TART Trail. There are secure "lockers" for the bikes located inside the building. The condo is strategically close to events at the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival, Traverse Bay Area Youth Soccer (Meyer & Keystone) fields, and the Centre Ice Arena. We are two older couples (family) who stayed for three nights while touring in the area. We found the unit extremely comfortable and well-equipped. It was spacious and very clean. The host was terrific in keeping in touch and responding to a couple of questions we had. The parking was also very convenient and there were nice eateries and waterfront nearby. We highly recommend this rental!

Heat did not work. Condo was very cold. Host provided space heaters but we could not run them all as it tripped the breakers each time. Host had no solution for this. No compensation was offered, other than 5 hours before check in the host told me I could find somewhere else to stay and he would refund me. Obviously finding somewhere else to stay with 5 hours notice for a family vacation was not an option. Bathroom was dirty. Mold and mildew on the shower curtain, baseboards covered in dust and hair. Dishwasher would not run. All very disappointing.

Hi Christine! I am so sorry to see your review. We had the furnace working again before your stay but unfortunately realized a new problem was occurring, and this was right before your stay. There are many other units for rent in the same building, and with it being the off-season, quite a bit of availability- that's why I offered to help rebook somewhere else where you would be more comfortable! I'm really sorry overall this happened. The other cleaning related items have been addressed with our cleaning crew. They frequently ask to have shower curtains replaced and generally have a good attention to detail. Again, I am very sorry and we hope for the opportunity to do better next time!

Great place to stay while my daughter showed at GLEF. Easy access to show grounds and lots of great shops and restaurants nearby during our downtime. Spacious, clean condo perfect for relaxing after a long day!

It's a good location for Traverse City excursions. It's a roomy two-bedroom, two-bath condo that's very comfortable and clean. It's located near everything you need. The host is great, and communication is great. The parking lot can get a little busy at times, but we could always find a spot.

The property was perfect for a bachelorette weekend in Traverse City! It was easy to get to, very clean and enough space for 5 ladies. Loved the living space, large table, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Two showers was a huge plus for our group. Property owner was responsive and helpful. Will definitely recommend and save this property for future visits.
