Open concept, spacious, 5 bedrooms on multiple levels, extra sleeping in common areas. Large heated garage space with tons of storage for gear and workout area. Hot tub in backyard with views of Nordic Center and mountains. Free Gold Route Breck shuttle stop a 3 minute walk from our door. Trails for hiking or cross-country skiing/snowshoeing right out our back door!

The layout of the property, proximity to downtown Breck, and amenities make this a special place that we would definitely like to return to in the future. Communication with Julie was excellent as well. Wonderful home.

Lovely home adjacent to Breck Nordic/ski shuttle

This house was perfect for our extended family holiday stay, very well-equipped and comfortable for all. Multi-level bedrooms allowed our daughters' families to have their own space, great room is a wonderful common space and convenience for both our Nordic and downhill skiers is unbeatable. We hope to return to this lovely setting soon!

Epic Breck Getaway

Everything about this stay was great. The location was ideal. Close enough to the city for a quick drive or scenic walk to downtown. Far enough away to get that mountain feel. The house was super nice with plenty of room. The deck/patio areas were great for morning coffees and evening drinks. The house has everything you need for cooking dinners. Overall a great experience with quick communication from the hosts when needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

Our extended family of 12 were very comfortable in this well stocked home. The location was great to get to town or to the base of Peak 8. We did not participate, but the property backs up to the Nordic center and cross country ski trail. Some pros of this home: *The stocked kitchen made our family Thanksgiving meal together perfect. *Radiant heat keeps the home very comfortable. *Hot tub *Basic supplies provided such as soap, paper towels and condiments. *Located on the free Gold route *Easy to work with host

Great location and views in this well-lived-in home

Fantastic location just off Ski Hill Road and the free Gold Route bus line into the center of town or the Peak 7 and Peak 8 bases (and a short walk to the gondola mid-station). Views of the peaks and slopes from the deck, hot tub, and back yard were spectacular as was the access to walking/nordic skiing/snow shoe trails. Julie, the host, was very accessible and responsive. Not sure we were prepared for all the personal effects in this family residence, some of which we were seemingly not expected to use, but it was really well stocked and made for a fine gathering place for family and friends that came to visit during our month-long stay.

Perfect Mountain Summer Stay

Our family wanted a quick weekend in the mountains and this home was perfect. We really wanted to bring our dog with us which is how we found this place to begin with. Thank you for allowing pets as our dog maybe had more fun than we did! Julie was amazing to work with. Very quick to respond and checked in on us upon arrival. Everything was as stated in the description. This home is very comfortable and is great for families. The deck is fantastic for morning coffee and happy hour with beautiful views of Peak 8. Great hiking right outside the door and easy access to get into downtown Breck.

Breckinridge family vacation

Property was perfect. Great location near peak 8 with a beautiful view of the slopes. We were pleasantly surprised with all the extra stocked items. 3 moose roamed right up to the front porch the first day.
