The view from this beautiful house is breathtaking, but you don't live in the view. The house is large and wonderful. Large bedrooms, a well-equipped and spacious kitchen and a large living room. Close to the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. Terrific place to stay!

Wonderful property with privacy south of Cannonville. Easy access to Bryce Canyon NP and Kodachrome Basin SP. And for more adventurous, the Grand Staircase NM. We especially enjoyed Willis Creek Slot Canyon.Coffee on the porch at sunrise and zero-gravity chairs for stargazing made our trip.

A great place to stay for our visits to Bryce, Red Canyon, Escalante, and Kodachrome. What’s not to love: coffee on the front porch while watching the sun rise; a great kitchen; spacious and comfortable rooms; heated tile floors; stargazing on zero-gravity chairs. Thanks for the awesome stay!

This was an amazing place to stay. It was such a nice house, well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. We were so happy here that we dropped a few sightseeing destinations just to hang out and absorb the desert magic without having to go anywhere.

The views are incredible, and the location is great - very close to Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome State Park, etc. The stargazing chairs were great! Owner/manager was very responsive to questions. House was beautiful and perfect spot to explore Bryce Canyon. Kitchen was well-stocked. The house was very comfortable for two couples to spread out and enjoy downtime from hiking. The host was very responsive and provided book and pamphlets on nearby area. Nearby town Tropic had nice small grocery store and we ate at Rustler’s restaurant.

The property truly had a WOW factor. Lots of room. Well appointed. Very close to Kodachrome and Bryce Canyon. Cozy radiant heat, clean, a beautiful view of sandstone formation in the back, and great for sunrise photos! Wonderful place.

Great Stay

The beautiful home exceeded our expectations with a hiking trail in back up to a bench on top of the hill for viewing sunrise and sunset. There were even zero gravity chairs, perfect for star gazing. The kitchen had everything we needed and more.

Beautiful house, convenient to Bryce Canyon

This property was exactly as described - even better! It is in a remote area, but an easy 20 min drive to Bryce Canyon. The house has a beautiful view and is very comfortable - all the amenities you could want! We would love to return someday!

Everything about this property was excellent, wish we could have stayed longer. The location was excellent, it was quiet, the view is incredible. The house was well stocked particularly the kitchen. There were even lounge chairs to recline and look at the night sky. Highly recommend it.

Bryce Canyon Family Vacation

Very nice property in a beautiful private location with a short drive to the town of Tropic, Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon. Despite being a small town, Tropic offers a decent range of dining options, from a very good upscale restaurant called Stone Hearth Grill to local favorites such as Rustler's Restaurant. A half day drive up Route 12 to Boulder, UT has amazing vistas and is well worth the time.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area of UT. Great place to stay with proximity to Bryce, Kodachrome, and other hiking/adventure opportunities in the area. Views from porch were sensational and night sky was fantastic! Home was comfortable with large windows throughout to take advantage of the magnificent scenery. Enjoyed our stay there immensely. It was hard to leave such a beautiful place!
