Centrally located, walking distance to downtown Saint Augustine shopping, attractions, dining and nightlife. Fully equipped kitchen is perfect for long term stays. Only a 10 minute drive to the beach. Bring your sunblock, we'll provide the towels, chairs and umbrella!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Collect bed quilt/comforter and start the wash cycle. Gather all dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Collect dirty towels and place them in a pile next to the washer.
Do a final checkout walk to ensure nothing is left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
FOUNTAIN SHOULD BE RUNNING AT ALL TIMES. DO NOT TURN OFF IRRIGATION SYSTEM.
