Great location. Near the gym and pool and grill. Easily one of the best supplied VRBO I’ve stayed at. Lots of spices for cooking. Easy to get to golf courses. Salt water pool was very nice. Would stay here again

Great Condo!

Overall very happy with the amenities, layout and location of the unit. Was perfect for our family which included three teenagers who could walk to the beach, shops and movie theater. A couple of very minor items I suggested to the host but nothing that detracted from our stay.

Great location, very comfortable

Very comfortable stay, lovely home, very roomy. The pool is very close. There is shopping at the King’s shops and the Queen’s shops within a short walk. The beach is also within walking distance. The back patio looks over the golf course. Loved it, would visit again.

Family Friendly and Convenient

We loved our time at the beautiful Waikoloa Village. The condo was so conveniently located - a 5-minute walk to the grocery store and the local village with shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our group of all ages so folks could venture out and do whatever their hearts desired each day. The condo was spacious, clean, and quiet.

Wedding Trip

Property is located in great area, walkable to Kings and Queens Market in Waikaloa. Quick drive to Kona area, Costco, Waimea etc. It is near a nice beach. Having the 3rd bathroom with 7 people was great. Host was quick to respond to questions. Nice condo.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was beautiful! We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer. It was fully equipped with anything you would need. The beds were very comfortable and having 3 bathrooms made it very convenience for everyone to get ready everyday. The property was close to shopping and restaurants. The pool area was so close and never crowded. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we come back to the Big Island!

Fantastic stay!

Gorgeous house with tons of space and extra bedding if needed, the ground floor deck was so lovely to enjoy a morning coffee. Pool area is gorgeous and super warm water (no kids allowed in hot tub but the pool water is so warm it wasn’t an issue), easy walk to the kings and queens shops and we even walked down to the beach for sunset one night. Very close to grocery stores and all the main beaches. The host responded immediately to any questions. We appreciated the boogie boards, snorkels, beach chairs, and high quality large rolling cooler - it made beach days so easy

Wonderful Waikoloa

This is a beautiful condo for a family vacation. It is located close to the beautiful pool, grills, and was wheelchair accessible. No lift at the pool, however. The condo is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and towels. It is close to some of my favorite beaches on the west side of the island. The host was available immediately for any questions. I highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful Rental!

Stayed 2 weeks in this condo and didn't want to leave. The condo is spacious and the furnishings were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards are provided. The condo is directly across from the workout room and pool. Location is walkable to King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace. LOVED IT!!!

Great Host & Great Place

The owner was fabulous, incredible how available and responsive he was to every inquiry before going and while inhabiting his condo. We were a group of 4 women and the floor plan couldn’t have been better giving us individual spaces. However, the condo could easily 8 people, but as stated, we liked our individual spaces. Loved the upstairs nook for reading. The location was perfect, It’s set on a golf course with beautiful views, the swimming pool is just across the street and it’s easy walking distance to nearby shopping and restaurants.

Great location for a week in Waikaloa!

We recently stayed at this unit and had an overall great experience. The location is perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. The unit was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Some of the windows and blinds were difficult to operate. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process, which we really appreciated. We received notice that the owner had made a small claim against the insurance policy, but have not had further interactions about it. Given the use of the condo, we would take pictures and make sure we paid for the insurance if renting again.

Family Gathering

We arrived at Fairway Villas at night and woke to a stunning sunrise and the feeling of awe at the beautiful surroundings. Our family gathered from the US and Japan to celebrate our 60th anniversary and we couldn't have asked for more. Our accommodations were beautiful with a well stocked kitchen and enough room for everyone both inside and on the patio. Our location was perfect. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach, Queens Market and Kings shops and we were able to drive to other parts of the island with ease. Seeing the Kilauea volcano erupt was a once in a lifetime experience and seeing the stars above the clouds was awe inspiring. For all of us, being together was the highlight of the trip, and doing that in this beautiful villa in Waikoloa made it even more memorable.
