About this property

Welcome to our Gulf Shores getaway! The Sand Dollar condos are located right in the heart of Gulf Shores, walking distance to the beach and many popular restaurants and bars. If you don't feel like going to the beach, enjoy the condo's beautiful pool and picnic area.

The unit is newly renovated and has all new appliances and furniture and will be a great place for you to relax after a long, hot day under the sun. Walk next door for breakfast or a late night snack at the Waffle House.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk-out balcony with Adirondack chairs, overlooking the pool area. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with full and twin size mattresses. The living room sofa has a full size pullout bed.

Living room has a smart TV.

Parking is available for 2 vehicles in numbers spot under building. Large trucks may not fit and may have to use guest parking. Coin laundry is available at complex.

No smoking, no pets. Primary guest must be 25+

Great property and trip

We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Very close walking and driving distance to everything we need. The unit had everything we needed! Pool was clean and a nice size. We never had any issues with noise or rowdiness. Owner was communicative and professional. One very minor thing was we had trouble accessing the storage area for beach and pool toys because of how close someone had parked to it. Not the owners fault of course and just one of those things. We managed to get a few items out but not the wagon. Overall we loved our stay and would love to come back!

Beautiful Condo Centrally Located & Across from tbe Beach

Condo is beautiful and centrally located to restaurants, shopping, activities and the beach. The owner is fabulous and super fast to respond to questions/needs. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Gulf Shores.

First Vrbo experience ever

Fell in love immediately upon arrival it was very inviting and clean. They had everything thing we need for a quick family weekend trip. I loved this experience so much idk if I will be able to do a hotel vacation stay again with the family. It was perfect distance to the beach and the host had the hook up with the little shed of accessories. Would definitely stay there again

Family vacation for spring break

The place was described very well. It is in a low density complex that is older but updates have been made and they are engaged to maintain location. Condo was nice for an obvious rental unit. Some dings and scratches in the wall. Only comment would be to run a rag along walls to clean fingerprints and dirts. Unit was just as pictured. Loved having the small electric vacuum to help sweep all week. No matter how much you tried to not drag in sand it was inevitable. Could use a few more pans as there was 1 of every pan. So a little hard to cook with only 1 sauce pan. Also could’ve benefited from 1 more tv for cold/rainy moments. Only had 1, none in bedrooms and plenty of room. Beach cart and accessories were great! Plenty to use and walk to beach was just across the street. Fabulous location and walking distance to everything! We walked to sea n Sid’s, pink pony, hangout, mini golf, event walked to state park and walked along boardwalks. Down sides: Parking was tight for our expedition but when these were built no one had huge SUVs so no fault. The Waffle House proved the largest downside. Our first weekend was the weekend of orange beach invasion and the loud squatted trucks were terrible. They hung out and loitered in the Waffle House parking lot and it was SO loud. I actually called the non-emergent police line to have them disband the group and they did. All other nights it was not that bad after the Friday and Saturday.

Great place to stay near the beach.

My husband and I stayed for one month(February). The condo was perfect for us. Nick was quick to respond when needed. It was clean, and comfortable. This condo is on a busy road, but directly across the road from a great beach! You can walk to restaurants. The pool was to cold for us to go in, but was still nice to sit at the pool. We left the weekend when things were getting busy for March break. I would definitely recommend this spot, and Nick is a super host!

Rainy but lovely

We planned a girls beach getaway and this was the perfect stay. It rained everyday that we were in town so spent most of our time in the condo. However we still had a lovely trip and plan to return with better weather. The owner was very nice and responsive to my questions.

Excellent Place to stay!!!

The host was phenomenal from start to finish. They were always available to answer our questions. They checked on us during our 7-8 day stay. It felt like we knew them! The condo looks exactly like the pictures! Very well kept and cleaned by owner. We were in the heart of everything!! Walking distance to hangout, main strip, and literally across the street from the beach! We will definitely be staying again!

First Timers

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores. We were only able to be here for a quick trip, 2 nights. We traveled with our 3 kids, ages 14, 10 and 4. The condo was amazing! Very clean, organized, and roomy. Nice amenities. We absolutely loved the location. We were in walking distance of the beach, The Hangout, and stores. The host was very informative and courteous. We had absolutely zero issues. We can’t wait to come back for a longer trip and hope to be able to stay here again! We would definitely recommend to our family and friends.
