Rented the beach house with friends for the weekend, and was impressed by how clean everything was and the size of the bedrooms. The house was perfect and well stocked for cooking and beach accessories. Our host Marina was proactive and communicative. The only thing I wish was added into the listing information was the details of the beach. Much of the beach must have been lost from the previous hurricanes so the steps down require you to climb about 2 feet down onto a rock and then step down from there directly into the tide. Then you need to travel about 3 mins down the beach to the left for any beach access with sand. Thankfully everyone with us was able bodied, but this would not be ideal for families with little ones or physical disabilities. Other than that, the house itself was perfect.

Dear Nicole,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we truly appreciate it.
Regarding the beach, we’d like to clarify that it was not lost after Hurricane Milton. In fact, some sand was naturally deposited, and the shoreline was also replenished by the county in 2025. We have recently heard from guests (as of mid April) that the tide appears to be higher than usual this year, which may make the beach feel narrower at times.
That said, this is not typically the case—our beach is usually quite wide and very enjoyable. Shoreline conditions can vary throughout the year, and we’re hopeful this is a temporary shift as the beach naturally changes over time.
Thank you again for your visit, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and hopefully you will find much wider beaches next time.
Warm regards,
Marina

The house was awesome! It was clean and decorated very nice. The beds were comfy and the house had everything you need for a stay. The house was on a private road and it was a close walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay there.

It was everything and more that it was advertised to be. It was so thoughtful to have beach chairs, towels, paper products , bath products, etc available upon arrival. Our family collected 5,756 sharks teeth in our short stay. The Mango sunsets were beautiful. Would love to come back.

Our stay at this beautiful beach house exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to come and go throughout the day.It was the perfect setup for our family. My husband and I, along with our grown children, had plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. The layout of the house made it ideal for our family. The host, Marina was incredibly responsive and easy to reach with any questions, which made the whole experience stress-free. We truly felt at home and are already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend!
This is a beautiful home in a great location with excellent amenities, and the host was outstanding. However, the AC in the master bedroom and bath was underwhelming. It’s a single-zone system, and while the host recommended lowering the temperature, keeping doors open, and running the living room fan, the AC can’t be set below 72 without “freezing up,” per the house manual. In July in Florida, that makes for warm nights—especially for hot sleepers. In cooler months, this would easily be a 5-star stay. Warm sleepers, you’ll be fine; hot sleepers, consider yourself warned.

Hello Brian, thank you for staying with us and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you had the inconveniences during your stay. Actually our AC is brand new, installed this year and working quite well, this is the first time we receive a complain. Please note that recommended AC temperature in Florida is 74 -76 F considering the humidity. We stayed in the house during the hot months and it was very comfortable to sleep in the master bedroom even with 75 F set .up. We did ask not to put the temperature below 72 F to keep the AC system healthy. However, if I mew that it caused you the inconveniences, I would be glad to discuss it and adjust to your needs during your stay.
In your message sent during your stay you only asked about the possibility to have a different temperature in set up in the master bedroom and didn't mention that 72 F was not cool enough for you.
It's not saying in our manual that AC can not work below 72 F without freezing up, it says that AC should not work non stop and should get some breaks, otherwise it might freeze due to too much condensate and stop working.
This is a common problem in Florida , AC usage should be reasonable during the hot months.
Regards,
Marina
