This spacious 1,900 sq. ft. home is designed for comfort, privacy, and easy vacation living. Featuring a highly desirable split floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, it offers plenty of separation for families or groups traveling together. There is also a dedicated office space for guests who need to work during their stay.

Each of the three bedrooms includes a comfortable Queen bed, dresser, full closet, and nightstand for a restful and relaxing stay.

Guests also have access to complimentary beach gear, including towels, chairs, toys, cooler, and an umbrella—making beach days effortless and fun.

A full private driveway is available for convenient parking.

Guests have full private access to the entire home. You will receive a unique code for the keyless entry door lock on the day of arrival for a smooth and easy check-in.

A few small storage areas (two closets and one cabinet, plus two kitchen cabinets) are reserved for owner use and will remain locked during your stay.

We’re here to help you enjoy your stay. You can message us anytime between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and we’re also available after hours for any urgent needs.

For your awareness, the home has exterior security features including a Blink video doorbell, a side-yard camera, and a smart front light that automatically turns on in the evening and off in the morning.

While the home is very family-friendly, please note it is not fully childproof. There are step-down areas into the main bedroom and lounge. Families with young children should supervise accordingly.

A professional pool technician services the pool weekly to maintain cleanliness and water quality. As this is an outdoor environment, occasional leaves or debris may naturally enter the pool between visits.

The pool is heated to 80°F for your comfort. If you’d like it set higher, temperatures above 80°F are available for an additional $25 per day.
