Literally 11 minutes to the DE Turf Complex. And even shorter on the way back! Close to restaurants, the water and anything you might need. Property was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed (except for a cooler). Owner sent check in information the week before which gave us peace of mind. Highly recommend!

We were happy with the stay, the only issue is the water smells like sulfur. It has a great location and would rent again.

Thanks for your kind words. The beach homes with wells do struggle with the sulphur odor. We did install a high efficiency water conditioner unit. Culligan tests the water quarterly and assures us the water is perfectly safe for use. Im glad you enjoyed the home. Come see us again.

Nice weekend stay

We had a great time at Brenda's place; very comfortable home with enough room for 3 teens and 2 adults. It's quiet and charming and very close to Rehoboth and Lewes beaches. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

We stayed at the Lazy Seagull while we were working an event at the DE turf complex. The house was exactly what we needed from us and it was so clean and neat. We are looking forward to staying there again for our next event!

Lovely vacation home

We had a great vacation experience at this home! The house is newly built (or renovated) and everything is accordingly well maintained and clean. Bowes beach is in walking distance. This is a perfect stay for a family.

Family stay in DE

Lovely house and town

Bowers Beach is a hidden gem! We stayed here while working a tournament at the DE turf complex. The location is perfect. The house is so comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the stretch of beach and restaurant on the water. We will definitely be back next summer!

Great location

House is cute and perfect for what we needed. Owners were responsive and let us stay an extra hour after check out. Only thing that would have been nice would be a little cleaner house - there are cobwebs and lots of bugs (which are not the owners fault) but are frustrating.

Lazy Seagull was great!

The house was great! Very clean, cozy, well- stocked, and host was very responsive! Owners were flexible with check out time. Close to DE Turf fields. Will definitely be back!

Cozy place!

I stayed with 9 adults. The property was as advertised. It was a drive to the grocery store and other amenities. The place was clean and ready for us on time! Managers were easy to deal with.
