Wonderful Place!!!

Can’t say enough about great this place is, wonderful friendly neighborhood, beach access within walking distance, super quiet safe neighborhood, restaurants and grocery store close by, really felt at home during our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, perfect location

Matthew and Amy were wonderful to work with. The house was a just right for us and the location was perfect. We would definitely consider staying here again. You can tell they took pride in the upgrades to this home.

I would definitely stay here again Great communication with host, they are very responsive. Very clean. Easy check-in check out. Outdoor area, bigger than expected plenty of towels, beach, chairs, and extra beach toys. Neighborhood was very quiet during our stay, minimal traffic In the community. I had family living Across the street, so had private beach access. But I’ll beaches on Hutchinson Island are amazing. We did stop by many public beaches and They were all amazing. There were also great restaurants on the island and a short drive off the island in Jensen Beach.

Everything we needed for a great beach vacation

We had a great stay in this house, stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking pots, pans and utensils. We had plenty of bath towels and beach towels. They even had some beach chairs. We used the gas grill one night to make dinner and it worked fine. The property does not have a beach or water view, but it is just a short walk to a public beach access. There is a pedestrian crossing nearby, but be sure to wait for cars to stop before crossing. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. Overall, this was a great place for our beach vacation.
