The best way to effectively communicate about negotiating the Indy 500 stay would be to go ahead and book May 17 through the 19th. I have set these dates on relaxed to allow for full refunds. This will open up our availability to communicate directly about the Indy 500 dates. If you’re looking for a serious ultimate Indy 500 weekend enjoyment spot, please do this, and we will get it worked out. The pricing shown reflects around the overall spend, but I am also looking for a long-term partner, a family or a group that will come back here after a year and I will reward that as well. This inviting and cozy home sits just 1 block from Lot 2 and its access to the array of Georgetown Rd gates. You'll enjoy the amenities including the blazing fast internet and parking galore! 3-car detached garage with opener, outdoor area with a fabric covered pergoala is deal for cooking outside or just chatting over bourbon. The bedrooms provide refuge while lower level lounge/BR can provide room for groups to "do their own thing".
The space
Cozy "Little Pink Houses" type house that has been fully updated this year. This can be a "stair free" stay as only the laundry and the extra room are down the stairs. The bedrooms are cozy and built for comfort as the neighborhood is quiet except during Indianapolis Motor Speedway events such as the Indianapolis 500--please remember that track has no lights so it is never at night! Great yard for walking your doggos(not fenced in though).
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house, deck and garage except on raceday of the Indianapolis 500. The yard and garage will be used for parking for the Indianapolis 500. Your two vehicles will be included in the staffed parking lot/or garage. Your vehicle limit for any booking that included the Indianapolis 500 Race Day will be for two standard vehicles. RV parking is always a possibility but must be negotiated seperatel and not included in the booking.

Parking on Indy 500 Race Day limited to 2 guest vehicles. Yard in use as a for profit parking operation on this day.
$400 for Smoking or Vaping of any substance indoors. $600 fine and expulsion for holding a party. Run/do dishes while checking out.
Failure to provide ID as outlined in the rental agreement can/will result in a cancellation of booking for reason code “Conflict with House Rule”

Great home-base for racing trip in Indy

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for Indiana Sprint Week. Just a couple of blocks from the front stretch of Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Will definitely stay there on my next trip to Indianapolis.

Great location near the speedway

In town for the Hot Rod Power Tour. Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood. Had room for the truck and trailer. Unloading in the alley behind the garage was smooth.

Great spot for up to 4-5 people...clean, older home in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a very good location for our needs while in Indy. Lots of restaurants that were close, along with a grocery store.

A nice, comfortable 2 bedroom home. Played lots of board games and relaxed during our 3 night stay. Foosball family tournament was loads of fun!

Great little getaway

We had so much fun. We could hear the race cars, but really cool, not annoying. We were there for the 30th Hot Rod Power Tour and a grandson’s baseball game. Such a great area and great dining choices. The house and location was perfect…as was the host!

We really enjoyed our stay. I was able to visit family, main reason for the trip. One thing that the owner may want to remove, is the pret friendly. All was great until Thursday when the neighbors dog jumped the fence and attacked my dog. At least to help keep this from happening to someone else. We did have a couple of minor glitches. Overall, all was a it should be. Thanks for a great stay.

Couldn't ask for a better location

If you're coming to Indy for a race day THIS IS THE PLACE! Moments from Indianapolis Motor Speedway, this location alleviates all the hassel (traffic, parking, hotel stay) of race weekend. Walk a couple blocks and you're at the track! Easy walk or short drive to excellent coffee shops and restaurants of downtown Speedway. The owner was communicative and accommodating. The house was thoroughly clean and comfortable - a great place to recharge after a long day at the speedway. Our stay was so excellent I didn't want to review in order to keep this a hidden gem. Would 100% stay again!
