Overall excellent experience. Apartment is in an excellent location. Some confusion over the air conditioning upon check in. Host supplied manuals for operating appliances all in German. Some details such as where to dispose garbage were not provided. Landlord was very good at answering my questions.

Just to clarify a few points for future guests: A/C units are available upon request and, as noted in our listing and booking information, need to be reserved in advance. An A/C unit had not been requested with this reservation, but once you brought it to our attention, we were happy to provide one right away. We provide appliance manuals in English whenever an English version is available and the manufacturer's German version when it is not. We also provide a comprehensive guest binder containing additional information about the apartment, including garbage disposal instructions, and direct our guests to it in the check-in information. Of course, our local point of contact is always happy to answer any additional questions during a stay. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best!

Overall the property was great the place was clean it was convenient to everything and we had a great day. The only issue we had was parking. There's not sufficient parking for the guests and we had to scrounge around to find a place. We ended up getting a parking ticket in one place and quite frankly the price for parking is a little bit high. But I don't believe that that is the fault of the owner. I just think there should be clear communication about the availability of parking in the advertisement and provide the specifics. Otherwise it's a perfect place to stay and if we were to go there we would probably rent again, now that we know the parking situation.

Great apartment close to everything

We had a great 2 week stay. The apartment was spacious and located close to all shopping and restaurants. This apartment has everything you will need for your stay. Natalie thought of everything. I would definitely stay there again.
