Relaxing suite in a great location

Betty's place is well equipped in a great building. Location was excellent. Lots of great restaurants and services within walking distance. The beach stairway leads to a beautiful beach with little coves to cool off in. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and relaxing

The property was clean and beautiful, and the location is lovely. If you like sleeping to the sound of waves crashing, this place is for you. There are great views from the condo and three great swimming pools. We loved staying here and recommend vacationing on this side of the island!

Better than the pictures show!

If you love amazing ocean views, amazing beaches, and proximity to shops and restaurants then you will love this place. It was clean and well equipped and the owners were great to deal with as well. Can’t wait to come back

Our first time to SXM

The property is very clean, located just a few kilometers from Maho Beach, with two great pools and a really nice little beach! We enjoyed our time at the property and the hosts had all of the beach items, including the little things, such as beach chairs/umbrella, covered for us.

Many of the amenities and the comforts of home included

This was one of the nicer VRBO we have stayed in over the years. The furniture was comfortable and in good shape. The appliances were fairly new and in good working order. The unit has been well maintained for a rental. There were many additional amenities provided that are normally not included in a VRBO which made our stay all the more comfortable. Can't beat the location and view. We highly recommend this as a great place to stay. High five to Betty and Pat!

Very nice condo in Cupecoy

We had a very nice stay at this roomy, well furnished, comfortable condo with a large balcony, amazing views of the Caribbean and which also overlooks one of the two swimming pools available. The beds are comfy; the kitchen is relatively new and everything is there for a nice stay, whether eating in or out. The AC works nicely. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear also. The location in Cupecoy gives good access to nearby beaches by car as well as a grocery store within walking distance. We've been to the island a number of times and this is a great place to stay.

This property was just as described. Very clean, spacious, and a convenient location. We had 4 other people staying in another unit also. We have stayed in the complex before and love the area. Everyone was very friendly and the pools were awesome. The beach was alot of fun, a little choppy if you're not a good swimmer. Condo was well stocked with everything you could want. Neighbors were very friendly as was the ladies at the front gate. We will definitely go back probably for longer. Our 5th time in St. Maarten and we love it. My only suggestion for the condo would be to have a guest book for people to write in. We have found those to be very helpful for places to go. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful and relaxing base for exploring SXM on foot and by car

Betty’s condo at Rainbow Beach Club is as advertised. The views from the condo’s balcony and from the pool area are beautiful. The spiral staircase to the private beach is immediately beside the west pool which is the pool in front of the condo’s balcony. Plenty of parking, though you don’t need to have an car all the time. Mullet Bay Beach’s clear water is a 10 min walk. The Maho strip’s restaurants and shops are a 25 min walk. Grocery store is across the street while the reatairants and another grocery store on Jordan Rd are 5 mins away. The condo building was not busy during our stay even though is was peak season. Residents and renters were friendly and everyone enjoyed the pools together. Betty communicated regularly with helpful info. Easy to recommend to any family of 4 or 2 couples.

Amazing & Relaxing Vacation in Sint Maarten

This property is perfectly located. Close to the nicest beach (Mullet Beach), restaurants & grocery stores. You can walk to all of them. We rented a vehicle for the two weeks to visit both side of the island (French & Dutch). We definitely prefer the Dutch side where you have the best beaches. We went to Pinel Island for a full day, on the french side. It is worth going but very expensive (Euro $). As for the property, it is exactly as per the pictures on VRBO. Very clean & very well maintained with all the required amenities including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler bag and floating device. The staff on site (security and workers) are courteous and helpful. There is also a small beach down a spiral staircase which is very nice when you have low tides. You can communicate with Betty, the owner, by WhatsApp for any issues or questions and she is very quick to respond (5 - 15 minutes). She also does follow-up to ensure you are happy and have everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We highly recommend this property and destination for the weather, beach (crystalline turquoise water) and easy access to all you need to have a nice vacation with friends and family.
