We are moving to a monthly rental model and passing on the savings to you. Here in Key West we believe in One Human Family where everyone is welcome and treated like family. Our condo has always received great reviews on cleanliness. There will always be disinfectant wipes, liquid hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets and a multitude of other cleaning supplies available for your use during your stay. It’s not just a place on the map, it’s a frame of mind, an Attitude…… come and let us share that Key West Attitude with you. This is not just a rental but OUR VACATION HOME too. You will find that it is a very well appointed. Included in your stay is the use of our 2 bicycles, there are Smart TV's in the living area and King bedroom and a Flat Screen in Queen bedroom all with HD Cable, Wi-Fi, secured high speed internet, secured assigned parking for 1 vehicle only, enjoyment of the common areas and the use of the pool, which is approximately 100 paces from the back gate. Located in the Ship Yard of Truman Annex a luxury community in the heart of Old Town Key West within walking distance to most places you want to visit. This is a 1st floor unit that boasts 2 sets of hurricane rated French doors opening onto a quaint private paradise with lots of palm trees for that private tropical oasis feeling. A dining table with seating for four and overhead fans await your arrival. Dimming lights to set the mood inside and out. This air conditioned/heated unit has been decorated using bright citrus accents and lively art work (most of it original and local). We have quality linens, and furnishings. The bathroom features a "Couples Shower" and a comfort height toilet, the vanity and over sized mirrored medicine cabinet offer lots of storage. In the well appointed kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances, high end ultra quiet dishwasher, Fridge with icemaker, smooth top stove and everything that you will need to prepare and serve a nice meal if you are so inclined. The King bedroom features a memory foam mattress on a custom bed frame that offers a storage area for luggage and other large items during your stay and a Smart TV. The Queen room features a Beauty Rest -Recharge Queen mattress for your comfort, Flat screen TV with double French doors onto the back deck. The Living/Dinning area offers a table with seating for four, leather sofa, 2 accent chairs, Smart TV with HD cable and small shelf stereo. You are located off the street in a lovely quiet part of the Shipyard only paces from the parking lot and pool. There is no vehicle traffic and the pedestrian traffic is limited . The back deck features over head fans, landscape lighting, a gas grill and dimming lights. Only a short walk from Duval St, Sunset at Mallory Square, Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach, the infamous Green Parrot Bar, the Key West Coffee Butler Amphitheater and playground ... the list goes on.... enjoy the vibrant life of Key West and know that you have your very own sanctuary to return to. Experience Key West like a local on our personal bicycles 1 ladies and 1 men's equipped with quick adjust seats and lights…. this is definitely the best way to get around Key West, no need to fight for a parking spot, relax, wander the side streets and get that Key West Attitude like the locals. Bicycles are to be locked on back deck in racks when not in use. They are not to be stored on the front porch.

We have been traveling to Key West for many years & this instantly became our favorite spot in the Truman Annex! Sherri's condo is very clean, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the washer & dryer are new & easy to use, and the bikes are a great bonus to get around town! We rode three minutes to the Fort Zachary Taylor Pier almost every night to see the sunset!On top of all of that, Sherri is very kind and responded to our questions immediately. We followed Sherri’s instructions to NOT leave the patio doors open while the AC is running & never had a problem! The condo stayed cool all day without issue during the hot summer days. We will definitely be returning!

Our stay with 3 guests was wonderful. The location is perfect walking distance to everything including the water front and the State Park. The beach at the park is beautiful. The home had everything we needed and was well supplied and comfortable in all regards. Would stay again.

Great Vacation Spot!

The perfect place for a tropical vacation. Plenty of updates to the condo that make the stay very enjoyable. The location is perfect - closes to beaches & everything that Key West had to offer. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Great Condo

Truman Annex is a great area to stay in Key West, quiet, but moments away from all the fun. This was a nice rental, in good condition, and everything was very easy. There is a nice “community” pool.

Wonderful stay!

Absolutely enjoyed our vacation at this property! It was extremely clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, quiet and friendly neighborhood, owners were quick and friendly to respond for any questions. Having bikes provided was a huge plus and we used them everyday. Will happily stay here again!

Place was great and loved the location!!!

The owner, Sherrie, does not live in Key West but is always available by phone and gives some great advice on places to hang out and drink. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

We LOVE to travel...We reside just outside of Halifax, NS, in Canada. In the past 15, years we have visited Cuba, New Zealand, Spain, Germany (2x's), Holland (2x's), Ecuador 2x's), Singapore, Thailand, Scotland, Australia, South Africa, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia. A couple of our greatest adventures were in fall 2016 a 6 week road trip along the East coast of Australia, summer of 2017 when we did a 45 day road trip from Sambro, NS, Canada to Anchorage. Alaska, USA and back traveling through Canada and the US. In 2019 we did a 47 night trip to South Africa and Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and spent 3 weeks in the Capetown area. During all of these adventures our preferred place to stay was a VRBO type accommodation any time possible. We have visited many cities in both Canada and the USA as well. Although we love to experience new cultures and new places we have decided to make Key West our second home where we escape the cold winters in Atlantic Canada.

Why they chose this property

I have been visiting Key West for almost 40 years it is amazing and has many faces...... here in the Shipyard you are close to all of the action, walking distance to pretty much everything ...the flora and fauna is beautiful....but most of it is the ATTITUDE!!!!! Come in, sit down, relax..... the pace is never hurried.... always relaxed..... not to say there isn't excitement in Key West.....just stroll Duval..... This is our Paradise!

What makes this property unique

-The Island is only 1 1/2 miles wide and 4 miles long.
I introduced my then fiance to Key West in 2008.... he got it.... and Fell in LOVE with the place.. The feelings that are evoked when we walk through the door are hard to explain.... when we arrive the first thing we do is check the bikes.... oh how we love our bikes... then with beverage in hand we head to the back deck, turn on the overhead fans...... and let the moment sink in.... WE are here PARADISE... all of the stresses of the real world melt away...... it is truly magical! Welcome to PARADISE take a deep breath and let the Key West Attitude in!
