Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten alles zu Fuss machen, Fähre rüber nach Travemünde fährt fast alle 5 min.Die Preise mit Auto sind etwas teuer.Ansonsten war alles auf Erholung gepolt.

Super Bungalowdorf

Angenehmes ruhiges Bungalowdorf. Man ist schnell am Strand und am Hafen. Leider war die Verbrauchsabrechnung am Ende unverschömt hoch. Die Köhler-Arp UG als Verwalter stellt zwar Rechnungen aus, verweist auf Nachfrage aber an Novasol und möchte für nichts verantwortlich sein.

Preis Leistung nicht in Ordnung

Bei der Ankunft am Haus kamen uns Ameisen entgegen, die am Tag drauf entfernt wurden. Auf dem ersten Blick alles sauber, jedoch wurde unter den Betten und dem Sofa lange nicht mehr gesaugt. Die Spülmaschine hat nicht sauber gespült, die Matratzen (4 von 6) waren dreckig (gelbe und andersfarbige Flecken) und Sinnenweben in der Sauna. Es gab auch gutes: gute Raumaufteilung, schöne Terrasse mit Möbel (Sonnenschirm und Stuhlkissen gehören nicht zur Standardausstattung) wir hatten beides. Wobei der Schirm defekt war. Ein Edeka Markt der sehr gut sortiert ist ist in der Nähe mit Bäcker) Es gibt zwar W-Lan, was aber einen sehr schlechten Empfang hat. Leider wurden die Mängel von Parkleiter abgewimmelt......ist gut geschult worden. Ich weiß nicht ob wir Novasol empfehlen können.
