We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 week stay at this beautiful home. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need and the owners were very responsive to any questions. We took advantage of the relaxing outdoor space and when not playing golf spent much of our time in the pool and spa with the outdoor fireplace being an extra bonus on cooler nights. Esplanade is a wonderful community with great golf, food and a variety of activities. Highly recommend for a sunny golf stay!

Lovely Golf Community

Spent the month of March at this home in Esplanade. We enjoyed the golf privileges, resort pool, restaurants on site. Many hours enjoyed at the pool right at the house. Communication was easy with Daniel the owner. We liked the restaurant Taco & Tequila, Parmesan Pete’s, The Pewter Mug. Kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for the nice stay.

Wonderful Month at Esplanade in Naples

We stayed at Linette & Daniel's home from 8/6 thru 9/7, 2022. The property was immaculate and very well provisioned as we had virtually everything we needed for the entirety of our stay. The house was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the outside space and pool daily, perhaps to excess as it was so enjoyable. Dining at Esplanade was enjoyable as the food and service were great and the atmosphere was very modern and aesthetically pleasing. There are a host of wonderful restaurants in Naples as well and a few nearby. We look forward to another visit. Russ & Diana

Beautiful home but..

The home is absolutely beautiful and the outdoor area is the best part of the home, however the neighbor harassed us about noise. We never stayed up late and only adults, over 50, were talking, yet we were embarrassed by the neighbor in front of our guests. This situation made my wife extremely uncomfortable. Also the VRBO listing depicted that the residence sleeps 8 however it did not. The owner corrected the problem but it was an inconvenience for a few days

We apologize for our neighbors behavior. Their complaint came to us as a surprise as well. Over the last three years we have never had complaints about noise directed to any of our prior tenants. We are sorry about the inconvenience regarding the sleeping arrangements, though , we were able to correct the problem promptly. The listing on VRBO dated back a season and it was missed to be adjusted when the futon bed was replaced by two recliner chairs to accommodate an elderly couple. Thank you for making us aware. We have adjusted the listing and replaced the recliners again with a sleeper couch.
