Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located one bedroom guest house offering a queen size bed, perfect for one or two guests max. NO CHILDREN & NO PETS ALLOWED! Features a full kitchen with oven/stove, as well as a microwave, and small countertop area with two bar stools. Small sofa/seating in living area with a recliner also. One bathroom with walk-in ceramic tile shower with bench seating. Enjoy the ambience of the outdoor kitchen/pool area. However, POOL is OFF LIMITS to guests, as well as grills and fire pit. Private use only for owners! Parties, unauthorized guests, and visitors are prohibited, and will result in fines or immediate eviction!

This guest house is the perfect choice for someone passing through the Waynesboro area and would like a “clean” place to stay. Waynesboro hotels are less than desirable! The location is conveniently located in the heart of town in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood less than one mile from restaurants, Walmart etc.
