Leave your worries behind in this spacious and serene Waterfront Pool home. Close to Tampa International Airport, Sporting Events, Beaches, and Entertainment. Fully renovated!

Quiet, beautiful neighborhood with homes on the water (canal access).
Driveway and street parking. Easy access to the Veterans Expressway and 275.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.
-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (8 Max).
-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.
-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.
-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.
-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before departure.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
Minimum Stay is 6 nights. If your travel plans are for less than 6 nights, please inquire for special pricing (however all bookings will be for 6 nights). Thank you!
